Location: Close to the subway station and quiet. The accommodation is very good and clean. The bed is comfortable and I sleep well. The surroundings are quiet, so it's perfect for sleeping after playing in Seoul. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was very clean and it was nice because it was a house, not a villa! The interior was cute and pretty, and most of all, the bathroom was spacious. I was very satisfied with the location for the price~~! I don't think there's a better place for a group trip. ㅎㅎ I want to stay there again next time I visit Seoul.

This is a place I booked for my brother's family coming from abroad~?My brother's family and my nephew loved it so much~ We used the entire living room in Room 2 on the 2nd floor~ It was clean and quiet, and the living room and room sizes were more appropriate than I thought, and the double-glazed windows and heating were safely designed and structured, so I was very satisfied~ Thanks to that, I was also proud of myself for booking~ Above all, the house was so clean and there was no draft, so my nephew was worried because he had a cold, but the heating was so good that he said it was hot~ Seongbukcheon is a 2-3 minute walk away, so it was even better because there were many cafes with a good atmosphere while walking~ We also regularly went to the Seongeumteo Fish Grilled Fish Restaurant right in front of the house for stir-fried pork and grilled mackerel~ㅎㅎ My brother said he wanted to come again the next time he visits Korea~ My nephew who lives abroad was amazed by the house with the red brick stairs, so he had fun going up and down the stairs dozens of times~ My brother asked me to write a review because he was so grateful for providing a place where he could have happy and enjoyable memories~^^

It's close to Seongbukcheon Cafe Street in Sinseol-dong, and because it's single-family, the surroundings are quiet, the accommodations are spacious, and the security is good, so you can rest comfortably!! I was looking into ancient times because I had some business to do, and I was very satisfied because it was much better than the surrounding areas of ancient times, clean, soft bedding, and easy to move around ancient times and Dongmyo Market. The owner was quick to contact me and was friendly, so I had a great rest

It was located near Sinseol-dong Station and Bomun Station Double Station, so it was very easy to travel to tourist attractions. Since it was a new accommodation, the interior was really clean and the furniture and appliances were new, so I was able to stay in a good mood. After finishing my itinerary, I ended the day by taking a walk because Cheonggyecheon was close, and it was really nice! The items needed for the kitchen and bathroom were almost ready, so it was nice that I could just go physically. I contacted the host late at night, and he responded very kindly, so it was a perfect stay and the whole family was satisfied! It's a shame that my schedule is for one day, but I plan to stay again the next time I come up to Seoul. I really, really recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for accommodation in Seoul!!! I chose this place while looking for accommodation near Gyeongbokgung Palace with my children in Daegu.
If you are looking for clean and quiet accommodation, I recommend this place.
I will write down some of the chapters and shortcomings based on the content I used.

Advantages
1. The hot water and heating are really nice. The water pressure is also good, making it perfect for showering.
2. Please bring plenty of towels!! A family of 4 uses it generously for 2 days.
3. There is a washing machine and dryer so you can do simple laundry!!
4. Sinseol-dong Station and Bomun Station near Double Station are each about a 10-minute walk away.
5. The host’s kindness and proactiveness!!
6. Appropriateness of price!!

Disadvantages
1. It will be easier to find if you take a picture of the entrance. I went up to another house once and then went there^^
2. It would be a good idea to write down how to use the boiler on the boiler switch. On the first day, I couldn't heat because I didn't know how to use it^^ (It was okay because it was less cold)
3. The TV is all good (I rarely watch TV), but it would be a good idea to replace the remote control. I've fixed it once, but it's extremely difficult to move to the right, and I think removing the TV protection film is a way to minimize complaints.
4. The bed in the suite that paid extra was really nice, but the bed in the standard room had springs and was uncomfortable. If a thin blanket is laid on the bed in a regular room, user satisfaction will be higher.

Because it was small, there were many disadvantages, but it was an accommodation with more advantages than disadvantages.
Families with children and those looking around Seoul might want to use this place.
I would like to use this place on my next trip to Seoul.
