This property is newly built and everything is new and clean. Good location, quiet, convenient to be next to the subway. There are reviews that say the bed mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. The host is very friendly and helpful, and he said he would like to stay on his next trip to Seoul. However, some say that the bathroom was a little polluted and that it was inconvenient because it had to be shared with several people.

The room was as clean as the pictures, which was nice. The soundproofing wasn't as good as I thought, so I could hear the noise from the shared facilities (bathroom, 2nd floor living room) or people in other rooms. The location was good because it was close to the subway station and there were many restaurants, cafes, and other shops around the accommodation. I'd like to go again next time.
