This property is a great choice for the price. Better than a private room in a hostel: comfortable, clean and quiet. There are many very hip restaurants and cafes in this neighborhood for young people. There are very few tourists, so if it's your first day in Seoul you may have a hard time finding a restaurant without an English sign, but I was in Seoul for a few days before checking in here so I had no problem finding what I was looking for. Also, if you like to run, the riverside promenade is 10 minutes away. The host, David, is a really nice guy. The environment is very peaceful and good. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation and the bedding were both very clean and nice, and there was a heated mat so I slept warmly! It was nice that they contacted me very quickly and kindly! I will use it again next time~!
