It was a place I suddenly booked late at night, and it was really clean with nothing to complain. About Here, you can feel the care and thoughtfulness of host Min, who has put a lot of effort into making guests feel. And there was a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient, and it was nice that it was close to the subway. After checking out and moving around, I also found out that there are restaurants and cafes nearby. Next time, I’ll make time more comfortably and stay again. This was a wonderful place to stay! The host was super quick to respond, and the home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Having a convenience store right next door and being on flat ground made getting to the subway incredibly easy. The best part of this stay was the excellent communication with the host. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth.
The house is spacious and exactly as described. Since it's a basement-level home, however, the air circulation isn't the best. Also, because this is an older neighborhood, there are quite a few hills and narrow streets. There are many delivery scooters and vehicles, so walking can be a bit challenging if you're traveling with small children or anyone over 70. Couples and families with teenagers should have no problem getting around.
There is no on-site parking, but reasonably priced paid parking is available about a 10-minute walk away. The subway is also less than a 10-minute walk, and the neighborhood felt very safe.
Overall, we had a great stay and would give it five stars.

My fiancé and I stayed a little over a month at Min’s cozy apartment. It was very well kept and everything in the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Min and her family were very kind and hospitable hosts. Min is super responsive and answered all of our questions during our stay very quickly. The apartment has everything someone would need for a longer stay, including the kitchen equipment, linens, towels, extra outlet converters, hot water, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are various convenience stores, grocery, and public transport within walking distance. Definitely would recommend and would return again in the future.

This was hands down the cleanest and best managed accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The place was just as neat and cozy as the photos, and I had a very comfortable, warm stay.
Having a convenience store right next door was so handy, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby to visit before heading out. Clean place with basic amenities and a very responsive host. The walk from the station to the house is flat and easy, with no stairs or slopes, and the station has escalators and lifts, very convenient when traveling with luggage. GS25 is right next door, with more convenience stores, cafés, Olive Young, and Daiso within walking distance. Commute to tourist areas takes about 45–60 minutes, but overall a great stay.

Min's dorm was very clean and cozy I was able to stay very clean and warm as if I felt the delicate operation of the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and the roomy towels and amenities for guests were perfect.

This is the cleanest 숙소 accommodation I've ever stayed. The interior of White and Wood felt cozy and warm. Min is kind and communicative, making it easy for guests to stay. It was nice to have a traditional market nearby and a lot of restaurants nearby. I would like to stay more relaxed next time

Min's accommodation was very neat and warm. I checked in late and was impressed by the heating being turned on in advance at the accommodation.
The hotel was bigger and better than the picture. Three of us stayed, and we had enough space to relax. It was a very clean and cozy hotel where I could feel the care of the host, and it was nice to have convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Amazing place to stay! It was very clean and close to cafes, restaurants, stores, and a subway station. We arrived late in the evening and Min turned on the heater before we arrived so the apartment would be warm. Her communication was great and she ensured we had a very comfortable stay!

I was really satisfied with this accommodation I stayed in Seoul.
The accommodation was a 5-minute walk from the subway station, so transportation was convenient, and there was no burden to travel to Myeong-dong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gangnam, and Hongdae.
The room was kept clean, and the hotel-style bedding was perfect for a good rest.
The host also responded quickly and kindly guided me, so the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

청결하고 에어컨이 방마다 있었으며, 수압이 강해 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 4~5명이 묵기에도 전혀 불편함이 없을 만큼 넓었고, 위치도 역과 가까워 이동이 편리했습니다.
칫솔, 우산, 웰컴푸드, 상비약, 다기 등 호스트님의 세심한 준비 덕분에 머무는 동안 불편함이 전혀 없었고, 호스트님도 매우 친절하셨어요.
사진상으론 그냥 무난해 보였는데… 사진이 실제의 장점을 담지 못한 게 아쉬울 정도로, 실물이 훨씬 더 좋았습니다! 가성비도 좋고 언젠간 다시 묵고 싶은 공간이었습니다.
덕분에 휴가 잘 즐기다 가요😚

It was easy to move because there was an accommodation on the flatland close to Seoul National University and close to the subway station. I was able to relax comfortably with the quick response of the host even though I made a late reservation.
The convenience store was also close, and the cleanly organized accommodation is perfect.

I liked the hotel where I stayed with my friend after a long time because it was quiet and clean. Min’s place was clean, cute and very homey. There are a ton of amazing lowkey restaurants walking distance and the subway station is only a couple blocks away. The host is very responsive and proactive as well.

I loved staying at this 숙소. Min is such a friendly host and the apartment is clean, comfortable and smelled really good. She continuously provided meticulous cleanings, supplies, and help even at odd hours of the night☺️ I’m extremely grateful for how caring she was throughout the stay. The location is a little bit far from touristy sites such as Seongsu or Hongdae, but the apartment is close to the train and 10 mins from SNU by taxi. Using the Sillim line you can easily transfer, and the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the train and bus. If you’re open to learning how locals actually live and are staying here for a long time/studying at SNU, this apartment is nice! It’s also really spacious and offers two rooms, which was convenient!
