amazing place, amazing host ! the place is spacious, ac works great, really clean, and the area around the apartment has cafes, convenience store, and restaurants. the host was amazing, responded quickly and helped us so much whenever needed. while a bit far from trendy areas in korea, the train stop is only a 5 minutes walk and really easy to use ! would definetely want to come back.

Absolutely 5 stars! The host is incredibly warm and thoughtful. They kindly offered an umbrella when it rained during my stay, such a sweet gesture. The whole place was spotlessly clean and tidy. The host responded to every question quickly and patiently. The location is perfect, only a 5-6 minutes’ walk to the metro station, super convenient for traveling. Highly recommended, I would book again!

Everything was great and June was very quick to help with any questions.

Juste parfait !

First visit Korea since I've been moved to US (about 35 yrs) & first family trip (4 adults). It has my preferances - 3 rooms & 2 full bath/shower with elevator for my parents. Nice quite location & the road was mostly even (no high hills). It looks like the other units in same building are also for other 숙소. We were in peace mostly except few days with noisy neighbor travelers in upstairs. I enjoyed the walking to the market, restaurant pharmacy, doctor offices, hair salon & etc. I was able to go anywhere from the station. It was easy commute to all locations. GTX to Seoul station in 5 min. Subway No 3 & No 6 to most location. I was also able to use Uber. Not sure when I will be able to visit Korea again but if I visit this town again, I would stay here again.

very homey and friendly host. Will be back for sure

Loved this 숙소 as it was so comfortable for 3 girls travelling to Seoul for the first time. 3 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of amenities and clean and spacious stay. Host was very responsive. Ideal for young travellers and families who don’t mind taking public transport to city center as it’s abit further out from city centre but we found subway really easy to use. Convenience stores within walking distance and few local eateries nearby. Would stay here again. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly comfortable and tidy. I'd give it five stars any day and would love to come back again.

Absolute Empfehlung!!

Great place to stay. Close to station and host was great.

Loved it

This 숙소 is definitely the best in Korea. The most memorable in here is the warm hearted & helpful owner- Hyunsoo. He help us order delivery food, and also recommended us the most delicious Eunpeyong bbq. He even help us order multiples times of food delivery. Everything was good here. But the location is 30mins subway from Myeongdong, need take some time. But around the 숙소 got CU & GS25& olive young, lotte super mart , daiso that is more than enough for us to shop. Also, they got a big freezer and washing machine & dryer that we needed for so much for long period of traveler.
Good location. And will come here to stay next time!!! Definitely recommend to my friends.
Once again thanks hyunsoo for everything !!! Love your cozy 숙소 and clean area.

The landlord was very prompt and helpful in replying to our messages, always considerate of our comfort throughout the stay. Communication was smooth and reassuring, which made check-in and the overall experience completely stress-free. We truly appreciated how attentive and thoughtful the host was in ensuring we had everything we needed.
The house itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. All the cooking items we requested were thoughtfully provided, and the plush, fluffy towels were a lovely touch that added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, it was a warm and welcoming place, highly recommended, and we would be very happy to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! June is an amazing host—super responsive, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating from start to finish. The house is beautifully renovated, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at June’s place! The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed; including a washer and dryer, which was such a lifesaver since we packed less so we could bring back all the souvenirs and shopping we did in Korea.
The location was also good. It’s near a main road, subways and buses near by, local food market just a few minutes’ walk away and several great Korean BBQ restaurants nearby. Our kids especially loved the cute decorations throughout the apartment, and we appreciated that the building was new and very well maintained.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We would definitely book at June’s place again the next time we’re in Korea!

No tenemos ninguna queja, recomendamos éste lugar!

Thanks for your good response. When i come korea, will look for your 숙소 again 🥰

Friendly host, very best 숙소 in Korea 😍 super recommended 🥰

Highly recommend this 숙소 for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Seoul. Amazing hosts who are eager to help if you have any issues. The place is exactly as described. While you aren’t really central to most tourist things(takes about 30 mins to get to most tourist places) it is VERY clean and there are plenty of food spots and convenience stores nearby. They even offered us free pizza at the end of the stay! Definitely not expected but was a very nice thought and we really appreciated it! Highly recommend staying here!!

We love this place so much ! It’s so clean and comfortable! And the owner is very nice , we had a wonderful 3 nights here , recommend to all of you !

Loved our stay at Serenity in Seoul! The hosts are very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. The location is a bit far from popular Seoul neighbors, but the 숙소 is close to a subway station which is very convenient to use. It was very peaceful and quiet where we were, and not much to do near the 숙소 specifically but we did eat some good food nearby. Overall, loved my stay here and would definitely choose to stay again when back in Seoul!

Host was proactive and response was super fast. I will definitely stay here for next visit to Seoul

We had an amazing 2-week stay at Serenity in Seoul. It offers hotel-level comfort with the warmth of a home, and the hosts were incredibly supportive, quick to respond, and even suggested local attractions and events like the drone show. The house is fully equipped with everything you need—washer/dryer, large fridge, dishwasher, water dispenser, umbrellas, towels, and bathroom essentials—making it easy to settle in. After long days of touring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The building has an elevator, which made bringing luggage up simple. The location is also excellent—about an 8-minute walk to bus and train stations, with ATMs, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés nearby, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. A special thanks to the hosts for surprising us with pizza and pasta one evening! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and restful stay in Seoul—we’ll definitely be back.

The communication with the host was easy and smooth and it was a pleasant stay! Thank you 😊

This is already my fourth stay at this place, and it still feels like my home in Seoul. The host always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for my stay. The room is spotless, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such a wonderful experience, but this one does every single time.

June was an incredibly responsive and kind 숙소 host during our two month stay. Beforehand, I asked for an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, a dishwasher, and a bigger fridge before we moved in and he provided. I also asked that all the decorative pieces from the house to be removed as I have children who may damage decorative pieces. During our stay, he upgraded the TV so my children could watch Korean cartoons. There was ample parking, as there was at least one spot available. The bathroom had Aesop bath products which were very nice. He was flexible with check in and check out as well. The location was a 7 minute walk to the subway station, and there were tons of restaurant and grocery stores in the area. I highly recommend this place. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The unit was on the second floor and never had a problem with noise. We enjoyed staying here!

I’ve stayed a few other 숙소s in Seoul before but June’s hospitality was the best out of all. Very responsive, and checks in on us frequently. We had a minor issue but he solved it almost immediately. Even treated us to pizza on our last night 😄
House was superrrr pretty. Clean, nicely decorated, smelt good and felt like home. Beds were comfortable. I also didn’t expect that the shampoo and body wash provided were from Aesop! No complains at all for the house. Location wise – 5 minutes walk to Yeonsinnae station and other restaurants/coffee shop.

The best 숙소 stay I’ve ever experienced. This host deserves more than just 5 stars. He is the most thoughtful, responsive, and nicest host I’ve ever booked with. The accommodation felt nice and cozy for our group of 6, we all agreed that it felt just like home. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our host June was thoughtful enough to give us recommendations and reminders throughout the stay. He constantly checked in on us and he is super fast at responding. He even bought us a farewell pizza at the end of our stay!! My group made amazing memories here and that’s exactly what the host hoped for. The 숙소 is also about a 5 minute walk to the closest train station, near all the convenience stores and close by, you can find amazing restaurants and pochas that open late and seem to be where all the locals are at. (A true hidden gem)
We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend to anyone. I’d book again if I’m ever back in Seoul!

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Perfect in Every Way!** Our stay at Serenity in Seoul (June’s place) was absolutely fantastic! From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal— proximity to attractions, transit. June was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome
We’d recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book again if we’re back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful time and experience.

Best host, lovely place, very aesthetic, cleanliness to the MAX 🫶 and also very convenient to the subway station 🚉 Will always choose this place to stay whenever I’m going to Seoul 🫶

This was my second stay at Serenity in Seoul, and it was just as perfect as the first time! The room was spotless, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was comfortable for me. It's rare to find a place that feels like home, but Serenity in Seoul manages to do exactly that. I can’t wait to come back again!

It was a great stay and the host was very responsive and respectful!

This was my third stay at Serenity in Seoul, and it never disappoints. The space is incredibly cozy and well-maintained, making it feel like a luxurious boutique hotel. The bedding was soft and plush, just like high-end hotels, and the provided amenities were top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back!

I visited again for a last-minute business trip. Despite my urgent request, you were as kind and accommodating as always—thank you so much! The accommodation is still as clean and spotless as ever, and the bedding remains excellent. I had a comfortable stay and a good rest. Thank you!

My stay at Serenity in Seoul was amazing! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt warm and welcoming. The white-toned decor and thoughtful details made it so cozy.
The location was convenient with parking and easy city access. The house was fully equipped, and the hotel-style bedding was fresh and luxurious. The two clean bathrooms were perfect for a group stay.
Jun, the host, was incredibly thoughtful and made everything seamless with excellent communication. I highly recommend this clean, peaceful, and well-maintained home. I can’t wait to return!

What an amazing stay! June is a great host! He checked up on us the whole trip, gave us recommendations on where to go, and responded right away to any questions we had. The apartment is wonderfully designed and all of the rooms are spacious. Everything was super clean, and there was an adequate amount of every supply we needed for our 7 night stay! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The heater worked well and the hot water in the shower was instant! The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook meals as well as lots of cups, pans, utensils, plates, and bowls. This apartment is just a 5 minute from the Yeonsinnae Station which made it easy for us to explore the other parts of Seoul. There is a Lotte Supermarket in front of the Yeonsinnae Station entrance where we got our groceries from. It is a super safe area as well! The door is a keyless entry and there is a security camera which made us feel safe about leaving our valuables in the 숙소.
Highly recommend!

June was proactively guided for us. He is very helpful, kind, offers a lot of stuffs, some of them even free! He gifted K-Pop album to my daughter which made my daughter's day incredibly happy! I would highly recommend June's accommodation.
