半地下でしたが窓は完全に地上に出ており部屋の明るさとかも明るかく、逆に真夏で涼しくて良いと思いました。部屋も綺麗でした。地下鉄駅からは遠いですがバスが割と頻繁にきてました。管理人さんの返信が早くて助かりました。

这次首尔之旅最高兴的就是选到了这家民宿🏠房间卫生非常干净整洁，布置的很温馨，交通很方便，民宿门口走3-5分钟就有一个公交站，可以通往很多热门景点及地铁站🚌。这里不同于热门景点的民宿，更像是一个舒适的生活区，安静的环境能够让人整晚休息都很舒服，每天旅行完回到民宿就像回到家一样有归属感😆Hayeon房东从我们预定到我们离开首尔，都是非常迅速的回复信息和为我们定制了很多行程，全程沟通温暖又贴心，留下了特别美好的回忆🥹住了几天后非常不舍的离开，期待下一次再次入住和见面🥰

I enjoyed that wasn’t in the middle of a busy area. Sure it would have been extremely convenient but there is something about staying in a place that felt a little more like home.

By far the best most amazing and most comfortable stay experience we have ever had. Hayeon is the best host we have ever had and we are so grateful for everything she did for us during our 10 weeks in Seoul. The best support and service at all times! She made sure we were well taken cared of, communicating with us often and always being available for us. She did much more than she had to, went above and beyond all of our expectations. She truly is the best! The location is quiet, calm, and near all the best areas. There’s a beautiful waterfall near by and tons of delicious food spots within walking distance. We again, are so grateful and her kindness and continuous support made this the best visit to Seoul yet!

I had a really comfortable stay here and would definitely come back. The heated floors were such a luxury, especially during the colder days in Seoul — it made the whole space feel incredibly cozy. The bed was also heated, which made sleeping so comfortable and restful.
The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is functional and clean, with a good fridge and cooking essentials, so it’s easy to prepare simple meals. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, which I really appreciated after long days out.
Having Netflix available was a nice bonus for winding down at night. Overall, it’s a warm, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared space. Perfect for a comfortable and easy stay in Seoul. Highly recommend!

이쪽 부근에서 처음 숙소를 잡아봤는데 나중에 근처로 올 일이 있으면 또 가고 싶습니다! 호스트님이 신경을 많이 쓰시는 듯이 관리가 잘 되어있는 숙소였습니다. 근래 갔던 곳 중에 가장 좋았습니다!

非常舒适漂亮的住所，我和朋友们在这里度过了非常开心的几天，房间比照片上更漂亮，而且设备非常齐全，房东甚至为我们购买了我们需要的便携式秤重器🥰

Hayeon was extremely friendly and although there was a big mishap she was extremely responsive and kind! The listing was accurate too it was a bit of a shame we couldn’t stay there longer as we liked the accommodation. The host is extremely kind and understanding!

房东人超级好，住宿我一直觉得最重要的是厕所，洗澡水也很舒服，超级干净，家门口就有公交车站，超级方便～

숙소가 아늑하고 포근해서 좋았습니다. 거실에 작은 가죽 소파와 테이블의 분위기가 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 온수도 너무 잘 나오고 냉난방도 잘 작동하여 적정한 온도로 머물 수 있었습니다. 다만 지하층이었다는 점과 방문할 때 주변 도로가 공사 중이라 들어갈 수 있는 골목을 통제하고 있어서 택시 기사님과 숙소를 찾는데에 조금 시간이 걸린 부분이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 친절한 호스트님 덕분에 너무 기분 좋은 여행이었습니다. 잘 머물다가 갑니다!

Super friendly and nice host! I really appreciate the warm welcoming message and helpful guidance during our stay in Seoul. (Hayeon is probably the nicest person we’ve might in Seoul during the trip lol) . The place is super clean with great scent.

My partner and I stayed here for just over three weeks and the place was lovely. It’s not too far from many bakeries or coffee shops like mega coffee and there’s a CU just across the street which was greatly convenient. The place was so clean and had such a welcoming yet cosy atmosphere, everything you’d need to call that space home. Hayeon was the best host, she’s incredibly fast with her responses and is always thinking ahead, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in Seoul. There are bus stops close by taking you to areas such as Hongdae or Myeongdong and if you walk just a little up the hill there is an incredible view of sodaemun-gu and it’s surrounding areas as well as a traditional Buddhist temple that’s worth visiting. Will definitely stay here when I next visit again!!

this place was amazing, quaint, perfect and so comfortable for our time here. bathroom is on the smaller side so I would recommend it if you’re on the smaller side.

It was a comfortable and warm stay! Hayeon was so warm & always checked in to see if we needed anything to make our stay better. The home was so comfortable and suitable for long term stay. Only 20 mins to Hongik Univ. Station with many buses to get around everywhere! It also has everything you might possibly need. Really thankful that I found this gem in Seoul! Really enjoyed my stay here, thank you Hayeon ❤️❤️

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Heel mooi appartement. Het lukte ons niet om een taxi te reserveren, wij zijn door de host heel erg goed geholpen. Zij heeft geregeld dat er op tijd een taxi kwam. Over de host; heel behulpzaam, lief, reageert snel op berichten.

our stay was amazing. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for the two weeks.
There was not a single thing we needed to go out to get for the apartment, (there was even detergent and fabric softener along with an airer so we could wash our clothes)
The host was so attentive, checking in with us on messages to see if all was OK.
The host left us notes and snacks in the apartment too so we could sample traditional treats as soon as we got there. I couldn't ask for anything better. All was perfect.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is great and the communication with the host was always very quick. Definitely would recommend :)

I really enjoyed my time at the 숙소, it was clean and almost everything necessary was in the Apartment. Sometimes because of the hot weather the drainage in the bathroom smelled a bit but I just put something on it to block the smell. The bed was really comfortable! Thanks so much for letting me stay!

이런 가격으로 서울에서 묵을 수 있다고요? 믿기지 않다구요...🥹 위치, 청결, 편안함까지 완벽했던 숙소에요. 버스정류장이랑도 가까워서(7분거리) 어디든 이동이 편했고, 숙소 안은 사진보다 훨씬 아늑하고 정갈했어요(감각적..) 호스트분도 정말 친절하시고, 문의에 빠르게 응답해주셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 가성비 끝판왕...!

在Hayeon的房子度过了美好的三天。Hayeon非常nice，入住前为我们提供了很多实用信息。房子很漂亮，装饰得很用心很有品味～Hayeon还养了漂亮的蕨类植物，给人生机勃勃的感觉～期待下次再来～～～

숙소가 너무 이쁘고 침구 상태도 좋고 청결했어요! 주방에 세탁기까지 있어서 외국분들 여행와서 푹 쉬기 좋을 것 같아요.

很舒服的环境，床铺还有电暖毯，洗衣机和厨房也很齐备，下次还会住的房子。

房东人特别特别好，很热情。房间很干净整洁，还香香的，设备齐全。机场大巴可以直达，平时出行的话我们是打车居多，但是巴士其实也很方便。最喜欢的一点是附近有个樱花步道，太治愈了

Thanks to the host, my family and I had a pleasant stay. The neighbourhood is not only cozy but also peaceful and not crowded, and there’s a convenience store down the road which makes things even more easier. Hayeon has also done an amazing job in maintaining the accommodation new and squeaky clean. Her useful information and recommendations enlightened our trip!

Hayeon's place was a truly warm and inviting space, just as described! It felt like staying at a friend's home. The location is excellent for exploring Seoul, with easy access to public transport and great nearby nature spots. Hayeon was very responsive during our stay.

用这样的价格在首尔能租到如此高质量的民宿，我们大喜过望。房间收拾得很整洁，推门进去的时候屋里香喷喷的，装修和图片里展示的一模一样，就像电视剧一样漂亮。房东姐姐沟通很积极，而且很有耐心，由于入住的时候是白色情人节，所以还赠送了小糖果作为礼物。整体入住的感受是很满意，以后会推荐给其他人。

너무 깔끔하고 예쁜 숙소였습니다. 조용하고, 침구도 깨끗하고 적당히 푹신하고, 화장실도 안 추워서 특히 좋았습니다. 방이 두 개고 침대도 두 개인 숙소를 찾으시는 분들께 추천드리고 싶습니다. 거실과 부엌이 크지 않지만 둘이서 각자 프라이빗하게 방에 있다가 같이 만날 공용공간으로 아주 적당한 크기였습니다. 유일한 아쉬운 점은 (여성 개인으로서) 린스가 없다는 점 하나 정도였던 거 같습니다. 결론은 좋은 숙소에서 잘 머물다 갑니다~!

너무 깔끔하고 감성있고 소품들도 너무 예쁘고 적절하게 잘 되어있었어요 ! 반지하지만 아침에 햇빛이 너무 잘 들어와서 따뜻하고 반지하 느낌 전혀없고 쾌적하고 물살세고 너무 좋았어요 ! 다음에 또 방문할 의향 백프로입니다❤️
