Chloe was extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions on check-in/ out process which made the whole process so fuss-free. provided directions on how to navigate to the 숙소 too. the whole apt was so clean & spacious & it was such a pleasant stay during my time here in Seoul!
The 숙소 is on the hilly side with a flight of stairs but alternatively you can take a uber from seoul station if you’re navigating with luggage/ heavy bags! Will highly recommend this 숙소!

This was our 2nd stay with Chloe. The first time was wonderful and this 2nd time was as well. Convenient to Seoul Station and CU down the hill. A comfortable home away from home. She is always quick to respond and so helpful. Hope to stay there again when we plan another trip to Seoul.

We loved staying at Chloe’s. The neighborhood despite being on a hill, was very cute. And it actually had some cute shops and restaurants really close. A coffee shop on the bottom floor, and a convenience store a block away. As a host Chloe was helpful, responsive, and helpful even got us a high chair for our baby.

Chloe is a superb host. She answered all of our questions right away. The location of the 숙소 is fantastic. It's a bit hilly, but it's so close to Seoul station and you get a brilliant view of Namsan. The apartment was spacious and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The flat is very well located close to Seoul Station enabling to access most of the Seoul places easily. The flat is well decorated and provide great amenities ensuring a comfortable stay. Chloe is providing great support with a proactive communication that really helped us manage the language barrier. We had a great stay overall thanks to Chloe's place.

Comfortable beds. Really nice host. But— If you have bad knees or have mobility challenges, this place is not the best choice due to the hills and walking distance from bus stop and subways.

很干净，房间设计很温馨，房间内各项物品一应俱全，还贴心配备了插座转换头，非常愉快的入住体验。
民宿离釜山站挺近的，但在山坡上，走上去还是挺累的，我们每天出门就从旁边楼梯下去很快可以到达釜山站，坐地铁很方便！回民宿都叫出租车停到门口，建议还是uber叫车，地址复制进去比较方便，路边叫车不懂韩语的话很难沟通，司机只能读懂韩语的地址，英文的地址看不懂，超级难沟通！
总体来说还是很推荐的，看了很多家民宿，这家真的很喜欢，还有一点我很喜欢的是卫生间的浴室有隔开一个淋浴的区域，有浴帘遮挡，好多其他民宿都是淋浴就挨着马桶的，这真不太能接受！

Really nice place, the closeness to Seoul Station makes it an increíble point, as when you have to leave it is really convenient. Everything in general was perfect, and if I come back to Seoul it would be a place to take into consideration again.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement qui est offre une très belle vue sur la ville. Il est situé très proche de la gare de Séoul très pratique pour rejoindre l’aéroport.
En revanche si vous avez des bagages lourds il vous faut prendre un taxi car l’immeuble est dans une rue Très en pente et donc difficile d’accès. Mais comme les taxis ne sont pas chers à Séoul, il ne faut pas s’en priver !
Chloé est une autre très réactive pour toutes les demandes qu’on a pu lui faire.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’appartement était très propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Merci pour les attentions (riz, biscuits, bouteilles d’eau…) laissées par l’hôtesse.

Loved the fact that it was so close to Seoul station. Chloe was very quick to reply and super friendly! Would definitely visit again on my next trip.

住宿体验很好，打扫的很干净。房东给的提示和指路很方便，距离首尔站的地铁步行只需10分钟步行路程，到各个景点很方便。附近就有CU和711，生活便利。房东回复消息也很及时。这是第一次定海外的民宿，体验很好！

Accomodation was close to Seoul Station and is spacious for two people. Building was easy to access and area was peaceful with 2 convenient stores nearby.
However, as host communicated, Taxi from Seoul station is much easier to traverse to the accomodation especially with lots of luggage’s. The hike to the accomodation can be tiring after walking and shopping a lot throughout the day. However, all amenities was available and had everything a guess needed for a short stay.

Chloe was very responsive and helped us through the checkin process and check out process. she was very friendly and kind. This location is great due to the convenience of location being next to seoul station

The apt. was as described, good for 2 -4 people. In a neighborhood close to convience store and walkable to Seoul Station. The apt. is up a hill which can be a challenge. Carrying shopping bags up the steep stairs to get to the building can be challenging, but it is a minor thing.
Love that is close to Seoul Station making it convenient for the trains, busses and taxi's . Chloe was very responsive to our questions and proactive. Everything you need is available, bath products, fill kitchen use as well as tea coffee and snacks. I really enjoyed my stay there very much. For thise who don't walk alot or like going up the steep stairs, take a taxi up...the cost of the taxi is worth it.

Chloe was always very responsive and provided us with useful information throughout our stay, such as the location of the T luggage storage service and how to use the different colored trash bags. This made our life much easier!
As mentioned in other reviews, it's best to take an Uber if you're arriving with heavy suitcases. However, remember to show the address to your driver as Chloe suggested. We were dropped off at CU in the middle of the night and spent some time figuring out which building it was.
One thing I would suggest is that Chloe's cleaning team could be more thorough. The cleanliness could have been better during our stay.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place!
By the way, there's a cute cafe nearby that I didn’t get a chance to visit. Hopefully, you will!

Such a beautiful modern apartment. Made our trip to Seoul so comfortable. It was really cold in Seoul and Chloe’s apartment was toasty warm. I’d definitely recommend.

Very responsive and kind. Very peaceful place. But the place maybe a bit hard for unables because quite a bit hill to climb.

Was looking for a two bedroom, clean, and warm place to stay. Chloe‘s place met all these criteria.

We had a family of four and still felt there was plenty of room in the apartment. Chloe is very responsive. The location is near Seoul Station and was always easy to get a taxi.
There is a convenience store literally down the bottom of the hill.

We had a fab stay with Chloe Sei Young. The comfortable two-bedroom space is located not far from Seoul Station. The price is very reasonable considering the facilities and location. There are hills and quite a bit of walking from the station—something to consider if you have large suitcases.

Just as Chloe Sei Young mentioned, this place is very close to Seoul Station, easy access to/from the airport and the subway. But just as Chloe mentions in the description, one must walk up to reach the apartment, a great exercise. The apartment is very private and peaceful, very comfortable.

We enjoyed the stay

Le logement est très agréable, propre, confortable et bien conçu. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment. Toutefois prévoyez d'arriver en voiture car il est situé en hauteur ce qui peut être compliqué avec des valises à porter si vous êtes à pied. Il est cependant très bien situé car proche de la gare et il est très rapide de trouver des commerces ou des restaurants depuis sa localisation.

My friend and I stayed at Chloe's for four nights after traveling around Korea with a tour group. After being on a whirlwind trip it was nice to have a peaceful and beautiful private space to stay in. There was plenty of space for two, it was lovely, spotless, contemporary, in a small building with all the amenities we needed. It is up a very steep hill but there are two ways to get up there and we found the less challenging one! You can walk to Seoul Station from there, which makes it a great location, or you can always take a cab which is very inexpensive. There was a great view and it was so authentic, just like in the dramas. When we had questions, i.e. about the washing machine, TV (which was huge) Chloe was very responsive and available. She called a cab for us to get to the airport very early in the morning. We highly recommend her place.

Chloe was a wonderful host who was very responsive and accommodating. She allowed us to drop off our bags early (which was a huge relief), was open to my cousin staying a night with us, found my notebook that I didn’t even notice was missing and told us to head up to the rooftop to see the fireworks! Our family of four enjoyed our stay and felt like we were experiencing the real Korea! The place is on top of a steep hill but we loved getting an ice cream at the bottom before heading up each night. Thanks Chloe for making our stay so memorable!

Chloe is incredibly helpful, the apartment was spot on, very easy to get to from Seoul station. It is up a large hill that can be tiring.

A nice place as shown in pictures, clean and essential amenities were provided, the TV is super big and we enjoyed watching the movie using the TV every night. Quiet neighbourhood. The only cons is the way walking to the 숙소, it took us 15 mins from Seoul station with two luggage bags, it actually located at the hills, so we had to climbed the stairs to reach the place. Overall, it’s still a nice 숙소 to stay in for a trip.

We had a lovely stay at Chloes apartment. It looked just as in the photos and everything was clean. It’s quiet and peaceful. Location is great, it’s near Seoul Station. You just need to be aware that there are lot of stairs to climb to get there. Chloe was a great host. Friendly and flexible.

I booked Chole's apartment for my family's trip to Korea and it was a five-star experience! Chole is an amazing host and made sure my family was well taken care of - she even sorted a taxi for them when they left.
The apartment is super clean and comfy, and ideally located close to Seoul Station. Yes, just like the rest of the comments below, there's a bit of a walk with stairs or a slope to the house, but a taxi from the station is just HKD30! So I will recommend walking down the stairs in the morning and taking a taxi to the house at night.

Our stay was simply wonderful. New apartment in an excellent and young location. Within walking distance you can find restaurants, shops and a supermarket. We had a great time and will definitely come back again. highly recommend!

Super close location to Seoul station! The unit is very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the amenities like the washer/dryer combo. Chloe was very clear with instructions and responsive and gave local recommendations to try out. Comfy beds and a really nice main living space.
Note that this unit is at the top of a hill, with lots of stairs/incline. If you have lots of luggage with you I would recommend a short car ride to get up.

This was our first time staying in an 숙소 and this place met, if not exceeded our expectations. Place was spotless just like in the pictures. Our host provided clear instructions so locating the apartment and checking in was smooth. We felt safe during our whole stay, even coming home late at night. We appreciate the water and snacks provided which was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

I had my stay here for 9 night and I can tell you that I feel just at home. All amenities provided like washing machine, ironing board, kitchen top, bidet in the toilet or even vacuum make me feel like it is my second house. The house is very new and all the items provided are in pristine condition. The water heater works just fine and there is also a heated flooring system in the house. Air cleaner is provided which is great to have around in Korea as their quality is not that good. It has a rooftop view of namsan tower and Seoul skyline. I would also want to highlight that Chloe has been very helpful during our stay. The instructions provided are very clear.
However, I would like to note that Korean hills are very steep and walking towards the stay is not recommended especially if you have elderly in your group or pulling luggages up the hill to the stay. This is not to my worry as Uber is Korea is really cheap and I would take them to Seoul station or back home on some days..

We had a great stay in this accommodation. The host was very flexible. I could check in earlier than the usual check in time. The place looks exactly like the picture and have everything what we need. They even provide us water and snacks! The host is very responsive and nice. The accommodation is a walking distance to Seoul Station which is very convenient. The only part is that the stairs are very steep, so this might be more difficult for older people or people with weak legs (but you can take the taxi then). But besides this everything is perfect! I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone that is visiting Seoul and wants to stay at a central location.

Had a great time staying here with my boyfriend and a friend! Had everything we needed and Chloe was a great host. The only warning I’d give is there are a lot of stairs you need to climb to get to the street which may be inaccessible for some. Close to Seoul station which made getting around easy.

Die Unterkunft von Chloe war genau das, was man für eine Reise nach Seoul braucht. Sie ist sehr zentral in der Nähe der Seoul Station gelegen und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos und ist sehr gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Check-in war auch am späten Abend noch problemlos möglich. Auch für vier Personen ist die Wohnung groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Chloe war bei Fragen und für Tipps immer gut erreichbar und jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.

This was a lovely and fresh apartment that we enjoyed a lot! Everything was very new and clean, and felt also very safe. We were four girls who stayed there for almost 2 weeks, the spacing was just enough for all of us, but I can imagine it would be perfect amount of space for a couple for example (then you get a living room as well!) But the extra room worked great as a bedroom. Our host Chloe was also very nice and even let us check in a bit earlier, thank you again🫶🏻
The location was just right, didn’t take long to get to seoul station or bus stops in the area. (5-10 mins give or take) However there is a steep hill and/or stairs up to the apartment building if you are walking. It’s not a busy area or a lot to do there, but more of a center point to get to other places! All four of us would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a calm area close to different transports. We had a lovely time! Thank you ☺️

Good location, friendly host and very communicative

Overall the stay at this 숙소 was very pleasant with the place being extremely clean and tidy upon check-in. Everything listed on the amenities is available and Chloe the host is very friendly and responsive to my messages. She even provided my friends and I extra bedding. However we found the location of the 숙소 to be difficult to walk to from Seoul station as it is on top of a hill accessible only via a steep hill and 3 flights of stairs. We think it may be extremely challenging for people who have limited mobility. However this stay was definitely worth it's price! Thank you Chloe for the wonderful stay!

本来以为外国游客入住会有不方便，结果发现房东准备的很充分，房间整洁干净，设施齐全，生活用品很多，入住体验非常棒👍
在首尔站旁边的半山坡上，从房子的北边进去比较近，就是要爬一个长楼梯，南边稍远一点，爬斜坡，也可以打车上来，推荐从北面爬楼梯比较快。
床品很舒服，有地暖，热水，洗漱用品，转换插座等，有餐具和微波炉，方便朋友在民宿吃外卖。
房东回复消息很快，主动提供入住信息，房子在三楼，有电梯，安全有保障。
虽然在半山腰上，但去首尔一圈的景区都很近，旁边就是首尔站，有机场快速列车，地铁，出行坐地铁和公交都可以，性价比高，晚上睡觉也很安静。强力推荐👍👍👍

宿舍离首尔站特别近，到哪儿都很方便！带小孩也不麻烦！到首尔站走楼梯下去10分钟不到。本来预订了送机服务，但是首尔站可以直接到机场，40分钟。很Nice！！！！
房东也非常好，我们在瑞草区，也麻烦她我们帮我们叫车，大半夜还回复信息。
房间卫生特别好，孩子想睡地上也提前帮我们把垫子铺地上，真的特别感谢。
3层还有一个平台，孩子玩儿雪特别方便，开心！

Very clean and modern place. The apartment had everything I needed. I went for a short walk and it’s a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Chloe was great. Responded very quickly to my questions and spoke good english.

The place was pristine being newly built, and having two rooms ensured privacy, a nice rooftop, and an overall, stylish, and tranquil atmosphere. Despite being pretty close to Seoul Station, it's situated on a hill. The host Seyoung kindly offered a complimentary taxi service from the airport bus stop, so I easily transported my large luggage to the accommodation. Its proximity to Seoul Station made a short trip to Busan easy and having Lotte Mart within Seoul Station was convenient.
Above all, I was impressed by the host's cleanliness standards and communication skills. I highly recommend this place!
