Good morning. This is a lovely and cozy Brick House T04. Our house is on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and guests who come here can stay cozy and comfortable. Our house is about 8 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station and is located in a quiet residential area. It consists of two rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and there is an Illy coffee machine, and one capsule per person is provided as a welcome gift.

This accommodation is very convenient as it is within walking distance of famous restaurants and entertainment areas around Hongdae and Yeonam-dong. The accommodation is very clean, equipped with necessary toiletries, and the kitchen and cooking utensils are clean, making it great for cooking. The room is warm and cozy, making it comfortable to stay. Although the bathroom feels a little small, it wasn't a big problem. It was a clean and pretty accommodation, just like the photos, and I was satisfied enough to want to use it again next time. First of all, I was in a situation where I had no experience of making a reservation like this, and I felt good that I was contacted from overseas and kindly consulted in a very quick time. The host made me feel friendly that I could trust and make a reservation. My first impression of the house was neat and cute, making me think that it was decorated like a newlyweds' house. I thought you did well. Personally, I chose it because I wanted a quiet residential area, but in the morning I could hear the sound of birds from the small park right in front... Surprisingly, it was located in the middle of Hongdae Hot Place and Yeonnam-dong Hot Place, so I found out later that it was a good location where I could go anywhere I wanted to on foot in about 10 minutes on foot. The room was so clean that I wanted to use it again, and the design was emotionally well-decorated, so I was satisfied with living there. It is a well-maintained and adequate accommodation that I would definitely recommend to the people around me. Stayed at this property for a 2 week quarantine. It was a rather small accommodation to isolate, but thanks to the bright interior and sensible props, I hardly felt stuffy. In addition, air conditioning, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, coffee pot, vacuum cleaner, and kitchen utensils and tools are well-equipped, so I was able to live a comfortable quarantine life. It was also nice that there were plenty of towels and toilet paper among them. I couldn't go out at all during quarantine, but it was nice to have Netflix to relieve the boredom. If you open the window, ventilation is good and you can spend a pleasant day. I had to contact the host, and I was very grateful for the quick response and kind feedback.
