* Rules of Use - The current basic occupancy for our accommodation is 2 people, and up to 3 people can stay in the room for an additional fee. When 3 people stay, a floor mat and single bedding will be provided. - Entry of outsiders other than the number of people reserved is prohibited. This can be confirmed through CCTV, and we ask for your understanding as many problems have occurred in the case of entry by outsiders. - Commercial filming is also absolutely prohibited. - Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors. Please smoke in front of the ashtray (a flowerpot holder is provided) in front of the front door of Totu and next to the recycling bin. - Totu is located in a residential area. Soundproofing is somewhat good if all the windows are closed, but please refrain from being too noisy or playing loud music. Please be especially careful after 10 pm at night.

TOTU_seoul

This is STAY TOTU located in Huam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Let's get away from productive days and have a day at our own pace at STAY TOTU.

TOTU aims to operate Zero-Waist accommodation.

7mins to Haebangchon and Sookmyung Women's University subway station, 10mins to Seoul station by bus. It is also close to Namsan Mountain, you can take a walk.

Bathroom: bidet, dryer, solid toothpaste (toothbrush x), hand wash soap (replaceable as whole body soap foam), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towel

Others: Air conditioning, sealing fans, air circulators, Bluetooth speakers, CD players, slippers, shopping baskets (use your shopping basket when you shopping at market near TOTU!)

- Cooking is possible. We have basic cooking utensils, olive oil, regular cooking oil, salt, and pepper. When cooking something that smells, make sure to turn the kitchen hood on as much as possible while cooking and before and after cooking. Cooking that smells too bad is prohibited.

-Two air conditioners in total. It is located in the kitchen and living room. The living room air conditioner is right in front of the bedroom door, so you can stay cool with the sealing fan, air conditioner, and circulator.

- Turn on the hot water boiler next to the entrance when you take a shower.
