*This is not a party room. It is a quiet residential area where quiet hours start from 10 PM.
*Smoking in the room will result in a cleaning fee of $200. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all other smoking devices is prohibited.
Tobacco odors are difficult to eliminate.
* The cleaning service must perform a special cleaning to ensure it does not affect the next guest's stay. Therefore, the $200 penalty covers the cost of this special cleaning.
