? No food except for the living room (kitchen). We will charge you if the bedding is contaminated or damaged.
?Please do not throw away tissues, wipes, or food on the toilet seat. (In case of clogged toilets, repair fees will be charged)
⚠ Smoking and pets are not allowed in the ️ room.
⚠Please refrain from acts that cause damage to your neighbors or your ️.
⚠️ Simple cooking is possible, but please refrain from eating foods that smell a lot.
⚠ Minors without adult companions in ️ cannot enter and will not be refunded upon detection.
⚠In case of damage or loss of items in the ️ room, compensation may be requested.

경성대 근처 번화가라 맛집도 많고 교통도 편리했어요. 광안리도 금방 다녀 올 수 있어서 좋고 ㅎㅎ 숙소도 방도 두개 화장실도 두개 ~~여럿이 오기에 좋은 곳이랍니다.편하게 지내다 갑니다!

머무는 동안 호스트분께서 궁금한 점 친절하게 응대해주셔서 너무 편하게 지내다 갔습니다!! 대학 캠퍼스 근처라 먹을 것도 많고 조금만 더 걸어가면 광안리 해수욕장이라 놀기 좋았습니다. 역 근처에 있어 뚜벅이 분들도 오시기 편합니다!! 친구 및 가족 3~4명이 부산에 오시게 되면 이곳 강추합니다!! :)

주변이 대학교근처라 술집은 좀 있습니다만 생각보다 시끄럽지않고 숙소는 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 주차를 잘하시면 괜찮겠지만 잘 못하는분들은 근처 공영주차장을 이용하셔야될거같아요. 침구는 냄새도 않나고 푹신거려서 좋았습니다, 화장실은 두개가 있습니다만 크기가 작습니다, 호스트분은 친절하고 소통이 빠릅니다!

우선 예약부터 호스트님이 너무 친절하고 잘 알려주셔서 너무 간편하게 예약할 수 있었어요☺ 위홈이라는 플랫폼을 처음 써보기 때문에 살짝 불안한 감이 있었는데 덕분에 별 걱정없이 맘 편히 이용할 수 있었구요! 숙소 상태도 너무 청결했고 보드게임에 빔프로젝터 티비 등 오락시설도 잘 구비되어 있어 숙소 안에서도 잘 놀고 왔어요. 저희는 네명으로 이용했는데 세탁기 건조기 있어서 수건도 개수 걱정없이 충분히 사용할 수 있었고 주방시설도 잘 구비해두셔서 숙소 이용하는데 더 완벽했습니다..💛 친절하신 호스트님 덕에 3일간 부산에서 좋은 추억 만든 거 같아서 더 좋았어요!! 특히 밖이 너무 덥고 사람이 많았어서 늦은 저녁 쯤엔 무조건 숙소에 있었는데 숙소 내 조명으로 갬성 한 스푼 더하고 노니까 더 좋더라구요😆 상세히 안내도 해주시고 신경써주셔서 감사합니다! 담에 또 부산 오게 되면 다시 이용하고 싶어요💛

쉬는날이 되면 늘 새로운 숙소에 가서 영화를 보거나 친구를 불러 파티를 하거나 하는데 새로운 숙소가 보이길래 예약을 했습니다. 저 포함 4명에서 방문했는데 다들 숙소 너무 깔끔하고 넓다고 좋아하더라구요. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 너무 편하고 뽀송한 옷으로 입을 수 있었습니다. 위치도 너무 좋아서 여기저기 이동하기 편했어요!! 다음번에도 또 재방문 할 거 같아요!!
