Description
This is a small single-family home hidden between buildings and a forest of villas in downtown Seoul. The yard has a small flower bed with flowers and trees and an umbrella. It is a typical home with 3 rooms (2 single beds, 2 double beds), 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and terrace. The basic capacity is 4 people / the maximum is 6 people. (Bedding is not provided separately) Since the house was built a long time ago, the ceiling in the kitchen is lower than other places (total height 190cm), and the small room next to the entrance does not have a boiler, so it cannot be used in the winter. Please note that we provide electric blankets and heaters. Currently, we provide payment when necessary, so please let us know in advance and we will prepare it. We also prepared a high chair and children's dishes for guests with children. If you let us know in advance, we will prepare a high chair for you. The location is 3 minutes away from Exit 8 of Hwagok Station on Subway Line 5, and there are convenience stores, Starbucks, supermarkets, cafes, Daiso, community centers, hospitals, and various restaurants nearby, making it a very good environment for using convenience facilities. We know that lodging during a trip is an important place where you end and start your day, so we remodeled a 50-year-old old house and carefully decorated and decorated it so that you can enjoy a leisurely stay even just for one night. We hope you have an emotional and comfortable stay at Stay Hwagok.
House Rule
1. Please wipe the wheels of your travel carrier (trunk) with a wet tissue at the entrance before bringing it inside. 2. Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors and on the terrace. (Please use the yard if you smoke. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.) 3. Please refrain from cooking with strong odors or smoke indoors. (Grilled fish, pork belly, etc. / may set off the fire alarm.) 4. Please separate garbage. (Please put food waste in the dedicated trash can) 5. When using kitchen utensils and cooking utensils, please wash them. 6. Manner time is from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a quiet residential area, so please refrain from making noise or shouting, especially in open yards or terraces. If a complaint occurs, a warning text message will be sent immediately. If you receive more than two warnings, you may be asked to leave the room. 7. Two umbrellas are provided for guests who have not yet prepared an umbrella. Please feel free to use it while staying at the accommodation, and leave it back when you check out. If you must take it with you when you leave the room, an additional charge of 5,000 won per item (including loss) will be incurred. 8. When going out or going to bed at night, be sure to close the front door, and close and lock the living room sash and the main room window. (This is a minimum crime prevention measure, and we are not responsible if your belongings are lost if you do not follow this. Also, please always take important belongings with you when going out.) 9. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. (If you would like to store your luggage or check out late, please contact the host in advance and we will inform you. An additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged, and there may be cases where this is not possible due to the schedule.) 10. This is a place that anyone can use, but only those staying at the accommodation. It is a space that can be enjoyed entirely by you, so we would appreciate it if you could rest comfortably and cherish it as if it were your own home. As it is a space where we share the beginning and end of the day, we have carefully prepared this space with the hope that guests will enjoy a good mood, so we hope that they will take away happy memories from Stay Hwagok. 완전 왕 왕 추천합니다.😻😻😻집안 인테리어 분위기며 위생이며 교통의접근성,주변 맛집이며 뭐 하나 부족한게 없습니다.🥰😍😍😍 완전 좋은건 단독주택이라 아이들도 너무좋아하구 층간소음은 걱정없이 놀아도 좋았어요 ㅋㅋ사장님도 왕친절하시고 다음에 친구들이랑 하루 파티하게되면 꼭 재방문하자고도 했습니다.~~너무너무 추천드립니당!!
