• Due to the nature of the house, odors can easily permeate, and it is susceptible to fire hazards. Cooking odorous foods like meat or fish and [smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited]. Special cleaning fees may be charged to maintain a pleasant environment.
• The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise after 9 PM. In the event of noise complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Please remove your shoes indoors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please inform the host of any damage, contamination, or loss of property. Unreported damages or losses may result in charges for restoration.
• Only the reserved number of guests are allowed to stay and visit. For security reasons, a CCTV camera is installed facing the entrance. It is not installed inside, so rest assured.
• Regular pest control is conducted by a professional company and internally, but due to the nature of the house, insects may enter, which is not a valid reason for a refund.
• Parking is not available on-site, so we recommend using public transportation.
• All cancellations and refunds follow Wehome policies.
# Long-Term Stay Information
• Room cleaning service is available every 7 nights, and it takes approximately 3-4 hours. If you request a bedding change, an additional fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged.
• If requested before check-in, a laundry service (washing and drying) at the nearby laundromat is available every 7 nights, with a laundry fee of 12,000 KRW covered.
• If energy consumption (gas/electricity/water) significantly exceeds the average usage over the past three months, the excess amount may be charged.
