Welcome to 'Flower House'!

Located in a quiet residential area, 'Flower House' is a beautiful two-story home surrounded by a garden filled with various bonsai and flowers. Guests will have exclusive access to the spacious second floor, which includes a large terrace and a private entrance.

The accommodation features two rooms, equipped with a double bed and a super single bed, along with a vanity, hangers, and a built-in wardrobe for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen appliances, as well as a washing machine for your convenience during your stay.

In the living room, you’ll find various indoor plants that not only enhance the aesthetic but also help purify the air. Enjoy cable TV and Netflix on a 42-inch screen at the spacious table for four. Free internet and Wi-Fi are also available.

You can privately enjoy the large second-floor terrace garden filled with plants and bonsai. From spring to autumn, you can even pick fresh vegetables like lettuce and chives from the small kitchen garden!

Samsung Medical Center is a 5-minute walk away, and Daechung Station (Line 3) is a 10-minute walk. SRT Suwon Station is just one bus stop away, and the major attractions in Gangnam, like COEX and Lotte World, are easily accessible. The Daechi-dong academy district is just a 10-minute public transport ride away.

Despite being located in a tranquil neighborhood, you’ll find various dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby for your convenience.

My parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kim, live on the first floor and can communicate in Korean, English, and Japanese.

The maximum capacity for accommodation is 3 guests, and no additional guests are permitted.

Guests can park one vehicle for free (passenger cars only).

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your host. We kindly ask you to notify us by phone or message when checking out.

Directions: From SRT Suwon Station, take exit 2 and board the village bus (line 6). Get off at Samsung Hospital's rear gate, and you’ll be at the accommodation within 3–4 minutes.

From Daechung Station (Line 3), it takes about 10 minutes on foot. Alternatively, take the village bus (line 5) from exit 5 and get off at the front of the Iwon 1-dong community center, which is a 3-minute walk away.

If walking from Daechung Station, exit through gate 3, turn right at SLP Academy, cross diagonally through Daechung Park, turn right at GS Convenience Store, and continue straight for 30 meters before turning right.

Please Note: For long-term stays, the host may occasionally need to access the terrace for cleaning and plant maintenance, and the timing will be arranged with guests in advance.

Pets and excessive noise from parties are not permitted. Filming for any purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction if discovered. Thank you for your understanding!
