House Rule
? Gurumarae Pension Usage Rules and Agreements Our Gurumarae Pension operates the following rules so that all guests can stay comfortably in a pleasant and safe environment. 1️⃣ Smoking Rules • Absolutely no smoking in guest rooms and indoor spaces • If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, please vacate immediately • If a fire occurs due to complaints or cigarette butts while smoking on the terrace, the guest is fully responsible for compensation and liability. 2️⃣ No meat and fish dishes • Cooking meat and fish is prohibited in the guest rooms. • This is because the strong odor and grease may cause inconvenience to the accommodation environment and the next guest. • If the rules are violated, additional cleaning and restoration fees may be charged. ✅ Confirmation of agreement If you reserve this accommodation, you are considered to have agreed to the above rules, and the guest is responsible for all liabilities (additional costs, etc.) that arise from violation of the rules. <Things to keep in mind before booking> Please make sure to check before booking! 1. Pets are not allowed in the room for cleanliness reasons. 2. The maximum number of people is 2, and up to 3 people are possible through consultation, but it may be somewhat inconvenient. However, in the case of a family of 3, there is no additional cost if the child is a minor. (An additional cost of 20,000 won is incurred for adults.) 3. Minors can stay if accompanied by a guardian. 4. Since nature is nearby, when using the terrace, you must check the opening and closing of the mosquito net. 5. Please keep in mind that eating and drinking on bedding or beds is not allowed. (In case of contamination, laundry fee will be charged separately.) <Things to follow before check-out> Check-out is an important procedure to keep the room clean and safe for the next guest. Please follow the instructions below! 1. Organizing used towels: Please collect all used towels in the laundry basket. 2. Organizing trash: Please put all trash inside the accommodation in the provided trash bags, and neatly organize food waste in the food waste bin. 3. Turn off home appliances: Be sure to turn off the power of home appliances such as air conditioners, TVs, and lights. This is essential for energy conservation and fire safety. 4. 크리스마스라서 연말 분위기 내려고 방문했는데 들어오자마자 좋은 향기하고 깨끗한 객실이 있어서 좋았구요 테라스도 텐트랑 조명까지 너무 감성있고 편리했어요 !! 쓰레기통도 크고 필요할 것 같은 물품들도 다들 있어서 좋았습니다. 지인들한테 추천할 만큼 좋아요 !! 호스트님도 친절하셔서 궁금한거나 필요한 것이 있으면 편하게 여쭤봤던 것 같아요. 편의점 같은건 멀고 경사가 있어서 필요한 것들 사서 오시면 좋을 것 같아요 !!

친구들과 연말파티 위해 숙소알아보다가 뷰가 이뻐서 예약하였습니다 다들 부산사람이지만 남포동에 오는건 몇년만이라 크게 기대는 하지 않았는데 일단 뷰 완벽 인테리어 완벽 낭만 맥스 화장실온풍기, 커피포트 청소기 드라이기 자동휴지통 리모컨조정 블라인드 전부 좋았고 무료제공해주셨던 와인 과자 라면 밥 기프트선물까지 들어가자마자 이름으로 반겨주던 호스트님의 정성까지 모든게 맘에든 숙소였습니다 다만 배달시켜먹을때 기사님들이 위치를 잘 몰라서 계단지옥이긴 했지만 이것또한 추억이고 다음에 또 방문하고 싶을정도로 맘에드는 숙소였어요
다른곳은 문의 드려야답변이 오지만 호스트님이 먼저 불편한곳 없는지 물어봐주시는 세심함 너무 친절하여 좋았습니다 귀염뽀짝 인테리어들까지 그냥 우리집이였으면 좋겠다라는 생각을 하였어요

“구름아래” 에어비앤비 숙박 후기
1박2일 휴가를 위해 남포동,자갈치,부평동 깡통시장과 가까운 숙박을 알아보던 중 위홈에서 예약하게 되었습니다.
부산 천마산 산복도로에 위치한 산복도로뷰가 끝내주는“구름아래”라는 에어비앤비 숙소에요~~
에어비앤비 숙소는 첫 경험인데 신축 독채라 깨끗하고 조용하고 아늑해서 정말 대만족이었습니다.
야외 테라스에는 인공 잔디와 골프존 매트가 있어 퍼팅 연습도 가능해요^^ 저는 골프 못치는데 치는폼만~
테라스 난간 조명이 숙소를 감싸면서 부산시내 야경과 어우러져 아름다운 겨울밤을 만들어줬어요~ 정말 낭만적이더라구요~~
게스트 룸은 거울 장식으로 더블 침대와 깨끗한 침구가 러블리함을 주었어요.
거실에 소파와 85인치 티비가 있어 영화관 느낌을 주고, 부산야경을 감상하며 와인을 즐길 수 있는 미니 와인바?? 하여튼 이색적이었습니다.
무료로 제공되는 와인(칸티 모스카토 꼴레지오네 디 파밀리아),컵라면,초코릿,햇반,젤리,초코파이,오뜨,치킨팝, 카누돌체라떼,에비앙생수 등등 무료제공 간식 퀄리티가 넘넘 좋았어요~
다이손드라이기, 화장실에 비치된 온풍기, 무선 자동휴지통, 그리고 리모컨 커텐, 샤워실도 너무너무 깔끔했습니다.
잠자리가 너무 맘에 들어서 만족스런 휴가가 되었습니다.

남자친구와 기념일 맞아 예약한 펜션인데 상상이상으로 너무 좋았습니다! 호스트님이 엄청 친절하셔서 숙소 입성전부터 기분이 좋았고 역까지 픽업하러 와주셔서 편하게 이동했어요ㅎㅎ(편의점이 멀리있어서 숙소 오기전 미리 장을 봐오시는걸 추천드려요)
숙소 들어서자마자 좋은향과 아늑한 분위기에 소품하나하나 정성이 느껴졌고 웰컴기프트,다이슨 드라이기,캡슐커피머신,대형티비,푹신한침구,골프퍼팅매트까지..❤ 밖에 나갈필요도 없이 안에만 있어도 너무 행복하더라구요~ 밤에 테라스에서 본 야경은 너무 멋있었고 웰컴바구니에 와인이 있어서 야경보며 분위기도 낼 수 있어요
고양이와 스누피를 좋아하는것 같은 귀여우신 호스트님덕에 너무 편안히 힐링하고 갑니다~~ 펜션을 많이 다녀봤지만 이렇게 정성이 느껴지는 펜션은 첨이에요 (퇴실할때 너무 아쉬웠고 여기서 살고싶다는 생각이 들정도 ㅠㅠ) 같이간 남자친구도 너무 만족했고 다음 기념일때 또 오기로 했어요ㅋㅋ! 다들 꼭 방문해보셔요 절대 후회없을겁니닷😍😍Dec 2024
