1. Be careful of noise after 10 PM (Since it is located in a residential area, if complaints are made due to noise, you will be evicted *without refund* 2. Please take off your shoes indoors. If traces of shoes are visible, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. (Indoor shoes provided) 3. This is a non-smoking accommodation, including e-cigarettes. (If smoking is detected, a fee of 200,000 won will be charged.) 4. This accommodation allows pets. (However, items for pets are not provided. In addition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged if any items in the accommodation, such as residual feces or wallpaper, are damaged.) 5. Please comply with the number of people reserved. An additional person fee will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the number of guests. 6. Please do not cook dishes with strong odors. (Meat, fish, etc. Please do this for the next reservation.) 7. You will be charged for damage, contamination, or loss of home appliances, bedding, curtains, and accommodation supplies. Please notify the host in advance in case of damage (We take photos and videos after each cleaning.) 8. Reservation cancellation and refund are subject to Wehome's policy. 9. Upon check-out Separate recycling (general, paper, vinyl/plastic/bottles/cans, food waste) and washing of used dishes are required (additional cleaning fees will be charged if this is not done) 10. For safety, we have installed CCTV on each floor. You can use it with peace of mind. 11. If you need laundry/drying, please send us a message and we will help you use it. 12. Parking is not available. Please use the *Sillim-dong 3rd Public Parking Lot located within 1 minute of the vehicle. 13.
