House Rule
✔️ We provide rooms according to the number of people applying. (If you want to use 3 rooms, please make a reservation for a minimum of 6 people?) ✔️ When you enter the parking lot on the first floor of the building, there are stairs going up on the right. (It will be dark when the lights are turned off at night, so please move safely.) ✔️ For guests with children, please take full care of their safety. - Pets are not allowed in the room, and if caught, you will be asked to leave immediately. - Parking is not allowed in the building, so please use the nearby public parking lot. (Hwagok 5-3 Public Parking Lot) - We hope that you can prepare and finish your trip in a comfortable and quiet space. During your stay, please refrain from drinking excessively and making noise after 10 PM, as this may cause complaints. If excessive complaints are received, you will be asked to leave without a refund. - Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors such as seafood, meat, and mala-tang. - You may be charged for damage, destruction, or contamination of items in the accommodation. - Smoking is prohibited in the building.
