We will do our best to provide a comfortable space for guests to stay. Thank you for booking Cheonhorang. The place is located in a residential area, a 5-minute walk from Cheonho Station, 400m away. (Flat) It is close to the center of Seoul, so it is convenient to travel to major tourist attractions such as Lotte World, Jamsil, Olympic Park, Seongsu, Gangnam, Gwanghwamun, Seoul Station, and Myeongdong Station. In spring, enjoy flower viewing and a picnic along the Hangang River at Rose Village, and in fall, enjoy the autumn foliage at Pungnap Toseong. Cheonho Station Rodeo, Food Alley, department stores, marts, pharmacies, hospitals, convenience stores, and laundromats are all within 3 minutes, so you can stay comfortably. Airport buses, subways, and bus stops are all within 5 minutes, making it convenient to move around. [Accommodation Introduction] This is a well-lit basement accommodation in a recently remodeled residential area. * A semi-basement with two stairs down. We prepared it with the utmost care for cleanliness and hygiene. ROOM 1 A high-quality queen-size bed, hotel-style bedding, interior objects that add fun to the space, a 49-inch LG TV, a dehumidifier, a hair dryer, hangers, and a mobile phone charging cable are provided. ROOM 2 A queen-size bed, hotel-style bedding, and a single sofa are provided. KICHEN A refrigerator, induction, microwave, electric kettle, two pots, one frying pan, cooking utensils, dishes for four, seasonings (olive oil, salt, MSG, soy sauce, vinegar), kitchen towels, a wine opener, disposable dishcloths, hangers, indoor shoes, and an umbrella are provided. BATHROOM Shampoo, treatment, body wash, hand wash, foam cleansing, cleansing oil, disposable toothpaste/toothbrush, disposable shower towel, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties, body lotion, 1 towel per person, etc. are provided. ETC Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner - washing machine, coffee machine are not inside the accommodation.

<Guide to using Cheonho-rang> check-in: 4 pm check-out: 11 am * Check-in time is after 4 pm on time, and check-out time is before 11 am. We will guide you as soon as cleaning is finished so that you can check in as early as possible. * Early check-in, late check-out costs 20,000 won per hour. Please be mindful of the usage time for the next guest. * Luggage storage is available in the designated space next to the entrance. Please let us know in advance if necessary. * ROOM 1 is open for 2 people, and if you want to use all the rooms, you must make a reservation for 3 or more people. If you want to use all the rooms, please let the host know in advance before check-in. * All rooms are open for long-term stays of 3 days or more, and if you stay for a week or more, you must agree to mandatory cleaning at least once a week on Monday, and we will support 10,000 won for laundry every week. (Self-service laundry is 3 minutes away on foot) <Notes> * It is a well-lit basement of a house with 2 stairs down. Please reconsider if you have difficulty moving. If your child is young and has difficulty using the stairs, please use it next time. We are not responsible for accidents caused by carelessness. * Please follow the number of people in your reservation. We will individually inform you of the password that can only be used on the reservation date. CCTV is installed in front of the entrance for checking the number of guests, non-face-to-face check-in, fire prevention, luggage storage, and facility management. * There is no parking lot in the building. Please use public transportation and the Cheonho Station public parking lot. Location: The entrance to the Cheonho public parking lot is on the road in front of Hillstate Cheonho Station Gentle Apartment, 62-1 Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. * This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area where kind elderly people and neighbors live their daily lives. Please refrain from making noise, parties, or making loud noises that may disturb the neighbors. Please be informed that if a complaint arises, you may be asked to leave without a refund. (10 PM - 7 AM) * Pets are not allowed. Please note that fees will be charged for smoking (including e-cigarettes) in the accommodation, eating food on the bed, contamination by cosmetics, dyeing, etc., damage to furniture, excessive use of air conditioning, and theft. * Regular disinfection is performed by a quarantine specialist.
