Hello, I'm Butterhouse, a yellow house located in Gocheok-dong, Seoul.
It is a resting place where you can spend time with lovers, friends, and family in a remodeled spacious and pleasant accommodation.

Nearby are Gocheok Neighborhood Market, Gocheok Sky Dome, Gocheok I-Park Mall's cafes, and infrastructure facilities.
There are Gocheok Neighborhood Park and Anyangcheon Stream, so it's good to take a walk.


It is divided into three-room spaces, which are divided into bedrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
You can watch OTT and YouTube on a 40-inch smart TV.
It's good to have a meeting because it has pretty utensils and basic cooking utensils.

- Butterhouse allows up to 2 pet dogs :)
- Indoor smoking is prohibited. (If caught, a fine of more than 100,000 won will be imposed.)
- For separate collection, collect towels in the separate collection room in front of the laundry room and in the laundry bin in front of the laundry room
- If you leave food waste in a food waste bag in the sink, I'll clean it up. :)

Long term Firm (28 nights or more): Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you'll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you'll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
