• Cooling (air conditioning) runs from May to October; from November to April, we provide fans only.
• Heating: Underfloor heating controlled by its own switch; the space heater’s temperature is set by remote (disabled May–October).
❄️ Always-on air purifier and circulation fan ensure clean, fresh air.
⭐ The kitchen is fully stocked for simple meal prep, including five basic seasonings. If you prefer not to cook, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby and many delivery options.

House Rule
Check-in - 3 PM Check-out - 11 AM 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 2. The downstairs has floor heating, but the duplex does not. The duplex can be heated with a heater. (Temperature control is available) However, if you turn on the heater, it may dry out. 3. There is no humidifier. 4. Do not wear indoor shoes outside. They are for indoor use. 5. Personal heating appliances that may cause fire, such as butane gas burners, electric kickboards, etc., are not allowed indoors. You will be charged for damages in the event of a fire. 6. When checking out, be sure to turn off the floor heating and electronic appliances such as air conditioners/heaters, and lock the windows. (Rain may come in during rain.) 7. General waste, food waste, and recyclables must be separated and disposed of in the building's recycling facility.
