House Rule

-Move-in: Non-face-to-face, indoor smoking, and pets are not allowed. -Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a move-in guide message. -All utility bills are included in the management fee. If the bill exceeds 100,000 won in summer (electricity bill) and winter (gas bill), it will be settled separately, and if the bill exceeds the reasonable amount of usage (electricity, water), an additional fee will be charged.
