Shim and Gwangan, located a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gwangan Station on Subway Line 2, are accommodations on the first floor of a cozy and warm detached house.

✨There are many good restaurants and cafes on the way to Gwangan-ri Beach, so you can fully enjoy Gwangan-ri!

✔️ 1st floor of Dantok House - Living room, kitchen, room 2, bathroom 1, rooftop (barbecue), front yard
✔️ Replacement of bedding every time (However, room cleaning and bedding replacement will not be performed if you stay more than 2 nights)
✔️ No parking ⛔ (use the Jangan parking lot next to it or the nearby paid parking lot)
✔️ We are managed by 'SescoCESCO', an environmental hygiene company, for clean and clean accommodation. (No refund related to insects is possible.)
✔️ Infants ?, pets ? can enter, enter rooms that exceed the number of reservations, or if there is a noise complaint from a neighbor, there may be an immediate request for leave without a refund.

Other Precautions
✔️ Up to 4 people can use beds, and if you want to stay up to 5-6 people, please contact the host.
✔️Please pay attention to the noise after 10 p.m. in a quiet residential area. (No refund is possible when leaving the room due to noise complaints.)
✔️This is an absolute non-smoking area, including rooms, terraces, and e-cigarettes in the building. Please smoke in the front yard or on the roof
(Activation of smoke-detecting fire alarms during smoking. Immediate exit measures and fines of 300,000 won (penalty) are imposed.)
✔️⚠️Beef barbecue (pork belly), fish, spicy fish soup, skate, etc. cannot be cooked indoors. (Penalty 200,000 won for the next customer)

✔️ In the event of damage or damage to the goods or facilities in the accommodation due to negligence, the restoration fee will be charged.
