✓ This is a residential building shared with neighbors.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Excessive noise may result in forced eviction.
✓ No pets are allowed.
✓ Smoking is strictly prohibited, including electronic cigarettes. (A ₩200,000 fine will be charged if found.)
✓ Please avoid eating on beds or sofas, as stains on bedding or furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
✓ Light cooking is allowed, but please refrain from preparing foods that create strong odors, smoke, or splattering grease (e.g. meats, fish).
✓ Any damages to the facilities may result in a charge for repair or replacement.

- Additional Information
✓ Wrinkles on the bedding are normal.
(All linens are washed daily, and the material tends to wrinkle easily. Rest assured they are clean.)
✓ Please turn off the boiler after using hot water.
(If left on, the boiler will continue to run, and the noise may disturb your sleep.)
✓ After using the kitchen, please place used dishes in the dish bin, and we’ll take care of the rest.
✓ For food waste, please use the designated plastic bags provided in the kitchen and place them in the food waste bin.
✓ Please sort recyclables into the proper bins and tie the bags if possible — we will handle disposal.
✓ When showering, please use the waterproof curtain at the door.
✓ After using the toilet, please dispose of toilet paper and wet wipes in the bin next to the toilet.
(Do not flush them, as this may cause clogging.)
