? House Rules Mellow Station is a quiet and comfortable space for relaxation. Please follow the rules below for your pleasant stay and consideration for your neighbors. 1. This is a non-smoking property. – Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. – Smokers are requested to smoke in the yard or the alley on the first floor. 2. Pets are not allowed. – Entry is not permitted due to allergies and hygiene issues. 3. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. – An elderly couple lives on the upper floor. – Please be mindful of noise such as parties, loud singing, and music volume adjustments. 4. Check-in / Check-out – Check-in: After 3 PM – Check-out: By 11 AM ※ Please be mindful of the time for cleaning and preparation for the next guest. 5. No entry by outsiders – Entry by outsiders not included in the reservation list is prohibited. – If you must visit, please contact the operator in advance and obtain approval. – Unauthorized entry may result in cancellation of the reservation or additional charges. 6. Please contact us immediately if the facilities or furniture are damaged. – Regardless of whether it was intentional or negligent, please let us know in case of a problem so that we can take quick action. 7.
