The 2nd and 3rd floors are connected by an interior staircase (photo zone!), creating a duplex with guaranteed privacy. Perfect for those who want to spend time both together and separately with their group! This is not a hotel, but a Korean home. Experience the nostalgic feeling of visiting a friend's house during those pure days of travel.

In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee ☕️ by the sunny window, and in the evening, take a walk by the sea 🏖 listening to the waves to end your day. Or, take an evening riverside walk a 7-minute walk away to enjoy the spectacular city views ♡ Located right in the center of Sunyeong Riverside and Gwangalli Beach, you can enjoy both! ✨️ Bexco is a 10-minute taxi ride away, and Minrak Station on Line 2 is about a generous 15-minute walk.

Due to the classic old Korean house characteristics, the bathroom is narrow as it was built to fit the body size of 1990s Koreans (🤭). However, it is kept clean! ❗️

🙂 There is 1 bathroom and 5 queen beds, so
up to 10 people can be accommodated, but if there are 10 people, bathroom use may be inconvenient, so please note this when making a reservation.

✅️ Located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building, you must climb approximately 20 stairs as there is no elevator.
✅️ Minors without family guardians are not permitted to stay. (Immediate eviction)
✅️ No parking in the building. Please use nearby paid parking lots [Taeyang Parking Lot 3 minutes on foot (58, 257 Gwangnam-ro, Sunyeong-gu, Busan, 12,000 won)] or check details using the [Everyone's Parking] app. The cheapest option is the Subyeon Children's Park public parking lot (9 minutes on foot), which is 8-11 minutes away on foot.
