Welcome to Sunstay! Our accommodation is located in a quiet and cozy residential area in Dobong-gu, Seoul. It's the perfect space to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience comfortable rest and warm daily life. With clean interiors and the comfort of home, we provide a pleasant stay for travelers, business travelers, and anyone needing short-term accommodation.

We have recently completed a full interior remodel, so everything is very clean. We carefully manage every detail, from kitchenware and appliances to bedding.

**Home-like Convenience:** The accommodation is fully equipped with a simple kitchen setup and dishware, a clean and modern bathroom, and a spacious living area.

**Convenient Location and Transportation**
Subway Accessibility: Two stations, Changdong Station and Ssangmun Station (where Lines 4 and 1 intersect), are adjacent to the property. You can conveniently travel to Seoul's central areas (#Myeongdong, #Dongdaemun, #Gangnam, etc.) without transfers.

**Quiet and Safe Environment:** Located in a pleasant residential area away from the noise of busy districts, you can enjoy deep and comfortable sleep at night without worrying about noise.

**Nearby Amenities and Entertainment**
Walking Distance Convenience: Near the accommodation, you'll find Twosome Coffee, a large mart (Emart Changdong), convenience stores, and various local restaurants and cafes for convenient living. Around Changdong Station, the Arena Complex Cultural Performance Venue is scheduled to open in March 2027. Currently, there's also a Photography Museum and Robot Science Museum, and you can easily access the beautiful natural scenery of Dobongsan, making it perfect for a healing trip.

**CCTV is installed outside the 2nd floor entrance door.**

**Tableware setup will be arranged according to the number of reserved guests.**

**Smart TV, Netflix and YouTube are available for free viewing.**

**Free Parking:** Dobong-gu Sports Council parking lot in the adjacent building or street parking in front of the building.

**The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 queen-size beds, and 1 super single bed.**
You can prepare simple meals using the kitchenware in the living room and kitchen, use the bathroom amenities in the bathroom, and use the washing machine, dryer, and clothing steamer. The living room features a 6-person dining table and a smart TV where you can watch Netflix for free.

# Important Notes

**Our accommodation is in a quiet residential area where neighboring residents live together. To ensure the comfortable daily life of our neighbors and your cozy rest, please note that loud noise after 10 PM or noise complaints from residents may result in forced eviction.**

**Please remove your shoes indoors. Indoor slippers are provided in the shoe rack, and there is a designated shoe cabinet for storing shoes.**

**While we love animals, pets are not allowed inside the building.**

**Simple cooking is allowed, but strong-smelling foods such as meat, fish, and fried foods cannot be prepared.**

**No eating in bedrooms. To maintain clean bedding and hygiene, food and beverage consumption is strictly prohibited in bedrooms. Please use the living room or kitchen area for eating. Serious stains may result in additional charges.**

**Late checkout (extended departure) is only possible with prior agreement depending on the next reservation schedule, and an additional charge of 15,000원 per hour will apply.**

**Additional charges may be incurred for damage, loss, or stains in the accommodation.**

**The building interior is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). You may smoke outside the building. (If smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee of 200,000원 will be charged.)**

**Only reserved guests may stay. If detected, additional charges per person will be applied. CCTV is installed outside the accommodation.**

**Please keep the space tidy and welcoming for the next guest by placing used towels and bedding in the laundry basket.**

**Upon checkout, please check the heating, cooling, and electricity one more time.**

**Please separate used trash into general waste, recyclables, and food waste in the designated bins. Boxes that don't fit should be disposed of at the wall on the 1st floor outside the building.**
