The location is under 5 minutes walk to the station and there’s a mini mart within a minute away. Lots of food around and has some of the best bite I’ve had during my stay in Seoul. It is a bit far out from the city centre but it’s well connected - most attractions/areas are reachable around 30 minutes by subway/bus. I wished we have explored the neighbourhood a bit more. Host is friendly and responsive ?

There were so many books and I had to keep studying, so I brought my own desk, chair, and lamp, but both rooms were very clean, there's a separate bathroom, and each room has a queen bed which was great! Even though it's a semi-basement, there's no musty smell at all. The windows open well for good ventilation. The house is very well-maintained. It's a good walking distance from the Law School building, so I highly recommend it to those taking the bar exam at the Law School new building!
