This is a place where two families stayed while traveling in Seoul, and it was a 2 to 3 minute walk from Hyochang Park Station, so it was really accessible. It was close to Yongsan Station, so it was easy to take the KTX, and there was a Daiso and convenience store nearby, so everything I needed was resolved quickly.

The entire interior of the accommodation had a clean and warm atmosphere. The bluetone curtains were the highlight, giving it a luxurious and calm feel. The bedroom had soft bedding, and each bed had an outlet and charging port, so there was no inconvenience even if multiple people used it. Thanks to the wood blinds, the sunlight was gently blocked, so I slept well until morning haha

The living room had a projector screen, so it was great to relax with the kids at night while watching videos, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, so I was able to make my own simple breakfast. There is a refrigerator and tableware, so long-term stays are not difficult.

Among the nearby restaurants, ‘Ttungdanji’ was really good. It's a short walk from the accommodation, so I recommend it as a meal during your trip!!

The only thing that was disappointing was that there was only one toilet, but it was clean and the water pressure was good, so there was no major inconvenience. Overall, the meticulous and sensuous interior made me feel at home during my stay.

It was a very clean and well-equipped accommodation! A coffee machine and snacks were provided, so it was great for a quick breakfast. The air conditioner and fan worked well, so I stayed cool even in the summer, and my parents enjoyed it because they were able to watch both TV and OTT through Beam Project! The picture quality was good? It was close to the subway station, so transportation was convenient, and I was able to walk to Yongmun Market, so I had a good late-night snack.? My parents were very worried because it was their first time using a shared accommodation, but they liked it because it was clean and had no shortcomings! I think I’ll use it again next time I go to Seoul!I highly recommend it!

I used it satisfactorily. It was convenient because it was close to the station and parking was free.
It was useful because the accommodation was neat and tidy and the supplies were prepared very carefully. I can see that they were considerate in many ways, and that was touching.

It was the same as the photo, and I could feel that it was the cleanest shared accommodation I had ever been to, and that the host paid close attention to everything from start to finish. It was quite close to Hyochang Park Station on Line 6, and Yongsan Station was also easily accessible, about a 20-minute walk away. The villa was located in a quiet residential area, not near a downtown area or bar, so there was no noise from cars or motorcycles or loud high-pitched sounds at night. Rather than having a convenience store or supermarket nearby, it would be a good idea to purchase what you need before visiting the accommodation! The interior of the accommodation was clean as shown in the photo, and it was nice to have seasonings, welcome snacks, and tea. I recommend accommodation.
