Hello!
It's beautiful house with sun shining in Hongdae.
You can come to my house enjoying nice neighborhood from Exit No.3 at Hongdae station.
There is many famous cafe and restaurant near by my home.
My house is 3rd floor with stiars(No elevaotr). There are 3 rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Every room has their own style and it's the perfect zone for photos.
Living room is very cozy and comfortable.
You can watch "Netflix" on TV and I will give you to coffee capsules as a welcome gift.
House Rule
I will send you the house rules and my address as below, so please read it carefully and respect it!
Please follow the below rules.
-Check-in: After 16:00
-Check-out: Until 11:00
-No party (Be quite from 10pm - 8am)
-Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on the reservation status, and if requested at the time of reservation, we will inform you of availability on the day of check-in (extra charge).
- No outsiders allowed (Only booking people can use the facility)
(There is CCTV for the safety inside the building. If there are more people than the number of reservations, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 won per person and day will be charged for the penalty)
-Pets are not allowed (reimbursement is required in case of damage or damage)
-No smoking in the house or building (100,000 won when smoking is detected)
(If you are caught smoking, you will be taken out without refund. In the event of a fire, you are entirely responsible for the guest, and the guest is responsible for all damages caused by it.)
-Please separate garbage (general garbage (general garbage bag), recycling (transparent plastic bag) and food (yellow food bag)) and throw it out in front of the building.
-If a complaint occurs due to noise or other problems, we will move out without refund.
-Please note that damage or damage to equipment and furniture in the space may require reimbursement.
-Commercial video and photo shooting is only possible after confirmation with the host, and violation of this may result in penalty or dismissal.
- The provided daily necessities and basic items are provided only once for the first time, Please keep this in mind.

이 숙소는 사진처럼 예쁘고 깔끔하여 모든 이용자에게 만족감을 제공했습니다. 주변 연남동의 다양한 매력을 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있으며, 넉넉한 세 개의 방이 갖춰져 있어 여러 명이 함께 머무르기에도 적합합니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 신속하게 응답해주어 소통하는데 어려움이 없었습니다. 또한, 깨끗하고 아늑하게 잘 꾸며진 공간에서 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다만, 주차장이 없어서 그 점은 아쉬웠지만, 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박 경험이었습니다.

숙소가 정말 예쁘고 말 그대로 햇살 가득한 집이에요~ 하루 지내는 동안 전혀 불편함 없었고 근처 편의시설이나 식당도 많아서 너무 좋았습니다!! 그리고 호스트님이 정말 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했어요! 다음에 또 오고싶은 숙소였습니다:)

깨끗한곳이었구요 근처에 맛집들이 많아서 너무 좋았습니다 거실에 있는 소파도 푹신푹신해서 좋았어요 침실은 사진과 똑같았구요 큰 거울이 있어서 좋았습니다 사진맛집이에요 ㅎㅎ 근처에 브런치 맛집들도 많아서 일찍 일어나서 브런치 먹는것도 추천드립니다 처음 도착했을때는 맛집 근처라 사람들이 많아서 당황했는데 저녁되니까 거짓말처럼 모두 사라지고 조용해져서 좋았습니다 바로앞에 편의점도 있었어요

The house was decorated so beautifully and it was very clean. It was located in a very convenient area with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However we did not know that we had to pay to use dishes and cookware. Overall we had a great time!

집이 너무 편안하고 깨끗해서 자가격리 잘 마치고 왔어요~
청소 상태는 기본이고 주방 식기, 조리도구까지 너무 깨끗하게 관리해두셨더라구요!
진짜 제가 이용해본 숙소 중 청결도 최고인 것 같아요.
넷플릭스 이용이 가능해서 주말 내내 드라마, 영화 원없이 보다가 왔네요.
후기에서도 보고 갔지만 연남동 유명 맛집들에 둘러싸여 있는 곳인데도 창문 활짝 열어두지 않는 이상 조용하고 좋았어요.
호스트님도 너무 친절하셨구요ㅜㅜ
자가격리 목적으로 예약하는거라 채광, 환기, 취사 시설 등등 문의 사항도 많았는데 너무 친절하게 응대해주셨어요.

질문이 많았는데도 호스트님의 너무 친철한 설명과 안내 감사드립니다.
집이 전체적으로 너무 깔끔하고 이뻐서 저희가족 모두 2주넘게 지내는 동안 안락하고 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.
사진보다 더 많은 주방 전기제품들이 있고 호스트님의 배려덕분에 수건 및 기타 물품들도 부족함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다.
집근처 유명한곳들이 많아서 자가격리 해제 후엔 맛집 탐방과 유명한 카페들을 쉽게 다닐 수 있어서 좋았으며, 바로옆에 산책가능한 곳이 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다.
유명한 카페와 맛집이 많아서 시끄러울줄 알았는데, 의외로 집에 있을때 조용하게 쉴 수 있어서 아주 만족하면서 지낼 수 있는 집이였습니다.
호스트님의 항상 빠른 답변과 배려에 너무 감사드립니다.
