1. You must fill out the accommodation consent form before entering the room. Even if you have made a reservation, you can never enter unless you submit a consent form.

2. Unable to refund accommodation expenses for forced check-out after detection of absolute ban on noisy disturbance drinking parties or party events.

3. We don't accept the late "Noisy Alcohol Gathering after 8pm" so please, reconsider the purpose of your stay.

4. The guests more than 5 for not family, necessary deposit.

< This is the policy for reservations for over 6 guests. >
1. Reservations for over 6 people are possible only for 'family unit'.
2. The guest over 6 people must hand in all of guest’s ID cards containing photos to the host in order to stay.
3. If anyone who different with ID card enter or stay in facility, every guests will be forced to kick out of the accommodation, the reservation fee and deposit will not be refunded, and the guest and stranger will be liable for criminal punishment for trespassing.

5. Criminal punishment for invasion of housing and compulsory discharge of all members in case of unauthorized excess of the number of persons other than (4 persons) cannot be refunded.

6. For the neighboring residents, noise generated after 8 pm in the indoor, outdoor, hallway, and elevator of the dormitory will cause damage to the neighbors. As a good guest, please actively participate in minimizing noise.

7. In case of smoking in all areas indoors, outdoors (including outdoors), verandas, and corridors, forced eviction and compensation for accommodation environment repairs. Non-refundable accommodation fees.

8. Carbon monoxide alarms are activated in all rooms and throughout the balcony, living room, kitchen and bathroom. when smoking, a full alarm goes off and it continues until the host arrives.

9. Guests must wash the dishes.

10. Guests must separate garbage and throw it away.

11. Check-out time cannot be extended.

12. The noise (decibels) measuring alarm in the accommodation is in operation. An alarm will sound if the noise exceeds the noise standard. The noise standard is implemented based on the noise standard for housing stipulated by the government, and when the noise alarm is triggered, an alarm alarm is immediately sent to the management office and the host. Please be aware that if the noise alarm alarm occurs more than three times during your stay, you may be forced to vacate the accommodation. "We strictly prohibit additional people from visiting or entering the accommodation without permission other than four people as prescribed in the accommodation. There are three bedrooms, each with two double beds and two super single beds, one double mattress (for reservations of 7 or more people), a thicker mattress (for reservations of 9 or more people), one large baby bed (mattress cover not provided for infection prevention purposes), and two sofas.

7. Air Purifier

You can operate a dedicated fan to protect your lungs from cooking fumes in the kitchen.

8. Oven + Microwave

The oven has a built-in microwave.

9. Central Heating System

This accommodation operates with central heating. During spring and summer, the boiler is automatically shut off by the central management office when the outside temperature exceeds 17℃. The central heating system, controlled by the management office, provides a temperature sufficient to counteract the chill in the floors during October and November, when the outside temperature is relatively low. From December onward, the system warms up significantly when the outside temperature drops below freezing. [Boiler Operation Period: October 19 - February 29]

10. Long-Term Stay Cleaning Inquiry

Household cleaning service is available upon request for long-term stays (7 days or more). (Cleaning fee charged / Cleaning available on specific days and times)
