1. You must fill out the accommodation consent form before entering the room. Even if you have made a reservation, you can never enter unless you submit a consent form.
2. Unable to refund accommodation expenses for forced check-out after detection of absolute ban on noisy disturbance drinking parties or party events.
3. We don't accept the late "Noisy Alcohol Gathering after 8pm" so please, reconsider the purpose of your stay.
4. The guests more than 5 for not family, necessary deposit.

1. Reservations for over 6 people are possible only for 'family unit'.
2. The guest over 6 people must hand in all of guest’s ID cards containing photos to the host in order to stay.
3. If anyone who different with ID card enter or stay in facility, every guests will be forced to kick out of the accommodation, the reservation fee and deposit will not be refunded, and the guest and stranger will be liable for criminal punishment for trespassing.
5. Criminal punishment for invasion of housing and compulsory discharge of all members in case of unauthorized excess of the number of persons other than (4 persons) cannot be refunded.
6. For the neighboring residents, noise generated after 8 pm in the indoor, outdoor, hallway, and elevator of the dormitory will cause damage to the neighbors. As a good guest, please actively participate in minimizing noise.
7. In case of smoking in all areas indoors, outdoors (including outdoors), verandas, and corridors, forced eviction and compensation for accommodation environment repairs. Non-refundable accommodation fees.
8. Carbon monoxide alarms are activated in all rooms and throughout the balcony, living room, kitchen and bathroom. when smoking, a full alarm goes off and it continues until the host arrives.

11. Check-out time cannot be extended.
12. The noise (decibels) measuring alarm in the accommodation is in operation. An alarm will sound if the noise exceeds the noise standard. The noise standard is implemented based on the noise standard for housing stipulated by the government, and when the noise alarm is triggered, an alarm alarm is immediately sent to the management office and the host. 짐이 많고 초행길이라 길도 좀 헤맸는데 호스트님께서 직접 찾는거 도와주셔서 너무 감동이고 정말 감사했어여 호스트님ㅠㅠ!! 숙소 완전 깨끗 하구요 사진보다 넓어서 지내는데 편했고 실내 분위기나 구조가 안락하고 곳곳마다 향도 은은해서 꿀 잠 휴식 했어요~ 다른 곳에 비해 숙소관리가 잘 돼있어서 게스트랑 이웃분들 배려 많이 해주시는 걸 느꼈어요. 가격이랑 위치 둘 다 좋아요. 확실히 숙소규정이 잘 잡혀 있어서 퀄리티가 달라요, 연말에 또 올 예정!

숙소 입실 시간이 빨라서 좋았고, 바로 앞에 버스 정류장도 있어서 시간이 든다 뿐이지 위치적으로 괜찮은 것 같아요. 숙소 내부도 깨끗했고, 청결해서 가족이나 소규모 모임 정도로 숙소를 잡으면 좋아요. 하지만 집 안에 감시카메라가 있고, 소음에 매우 취약해서 커플이나 자유롭게 떠들고 싶은 모임에게는 부적합한 것 같습니다.(10시 이후) 그래도 신고가 들어가면 호스트가 알려주시만 2회차에는 퇴실조치가 되기 때문에 주의하기만 한다면 가격과 위치가 괜찮은 숙소입니다. ?

가격대비 이상으로 만족하고 잘 머물다 갑니다 서울에 이만한 곳이 있는줄 처음 알았네요. 공항까지 가까워서 오기 편하고 가족끼리나 커플동반으로 오셔도 좋아요. 사진보다 훨씬 더 넓구요, 주변이 고즈넉하고 또 숙소청결상태가 아주 훌륭합니다. 무엇보다 호스트분께서 따뜻하시고 게스트랑 주변 이웃분들을 많이 배려하시는 게 느껴집니다. 한국 오면 또 올 예정이에요~
