It is located at a 5-minute walk 400m from Exit 4 of Itaewon Station, so it has excellent accessibility to public transportation and there are many famous cafes and restaurants including Champ Coffee in the neighborhood. It can be used alone when making a reservation, and it provides a comfortable space in the living room with a spacious dining & work table, kitchen facilities, 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 1 sofa bed), and 1 bathroom. One car can be parked in the free parking space in front of the house. *It is an alleyway where 2.5-ton trucks can enter and exit when parking, but be careful as the entrance road is narrow and it may be difficult to drive on the first road. *If you wish to park, please be sure to read and refer to the cautions provided. The in-house washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioner, 43-inch smart TV, Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, 5G internet, etc. are all equipped for convenience. CCTV equipped with 24-hour security function is installed at the entrance outside the accommodation, and carbon monoxide alarm and fire alarm are attached to each space inside the accommodation. A fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided in the common area of the living room for a safer stay.
