Hello! This is KOZA stay, a newly opened accommodation located a 6-minute walk from Exit 4 of Itaewon Station. Located in the heart of Seoul, you can get to major areas of Seoul such as Myeongdong, Hongdae, Jongno, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun, Gangnam, and Jamsil in less than 20 minutes. • The accommodation is in a quiet residential area, so please be quiet after 9 PM. (If noise complaints occur, you will be asked to leave without a refund)
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in all areas of the accommodation. A penalty of 200,000 won will be charged if you smoke. (Including electronic cigarettes)
• Cooking of smelly foods such as grilled fish or pork belly is not allowed.
• Please use the wallpaper, flooring, and bedding (cosmetics, food, hair dye, etc.) cleanly without contamination.
• Please refrain from using the washing machine late at night and early in the morning.
• An additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged for early check-in and late check-out.
• Only the number of guests who have made a reservation may enter, and please observe the check-out time. (An additional 20,000 won per person will be charged for additional check-ins other than the number of guests made a reservation.)
• Please turn off the TV, heating, etc. when checking out.
• Minors are not allowed to enter (possible when accompanied by a guardian)
• CCTV is installed in front of the external entrance for the safety of guests and the security of the accommodation.
