Description
Accommodation description - This is a single-family home located near Changgyeonggung Palace in Seoul. The property is approximately 800 meters from Hyehwa Station (Line 4) and Jongno 5-ga Station (Line 1). If you take airport bus number 6011 and get off at Changgyeonggung Palace stop, it is a 5-minute walk. -You can travel to tourist attractions in central Seoul on foot, including Changgyeonggung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Gwangjang Market, Insa-dong, Bukchon Hanok Village, Dongdaemun, and Daehakro. -You can easily visit Hongik University entrance, Dongdaemun, Insa-dong, etc. by using public transportation such as subway and bus near the accommodation. Accommodation facilities - 1st floor: There is a living room, bedroom (queen size bed), and bathroom. 2nd floor: You can access the attic (2 single beds) using the internal stairs. Please be advised in advance that the 2nd floor attic has a low ceiling and is therefore a space for sleeping only. -There is a kitchen where you can cook, and an induction stove, range, refrigerator, etc. are provided. -A washing machine, dryer, and basic bathroom amenities are provided. -Free Wi-fi is provided. There is a 42-inch TV in the living room, and you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. by logging in with a guest account. -CCTV is installed at the external entrance for crime prevention purposes such as loss and theft of items.

-Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. If smoking causes problems with accommodation conditions, you may be entitled to compensation. Please smoke outside. -We are paying attention to quarantine, but bugs may appear in the single-family home environment. If you are sensitive to insects, please be aware of this information. Refunds are not possible due to the appearance of bugs. -The internal stairs are steep, so please be careful when using them. - Pets are not allowed in the room. -Please take off your shoes indoors. -If the number of guests making a reservation is different from the number of guests, you may be asked to leave. -It is a single-family home with residents living in a private space or nearby. Please use quietly after 10pm.

아이들과 함께 역사공부가 주된 목적이었기에 인근 숙소를 검색찾아보게 되었고 기대감 없이 선택을 하였습니다. 호스트가 나무 친절하고 빠른 답변을 통해 적절하게 대처해주었고 시설이 깔끔하고 세심한 배려가 감동이었습니다. 주변 관장지와 인접해 있어서 접근성 또한 매우 좋았습니다.
2층에 다락방 방식으로 이뤄진 침실은 아이들에게 너무 큰 즐거움을 주기도 하였습니다.
