Please follow the precautions below for safe and comfortable use of the accommodation :)

1. Smoking indoors is absolutely prohibited for SAFETY.
- Please avoid smoking in the alleyway for the neighbors
- When smoking indoors, the fire alarm goes off. Please comply with indoor smoking for safety.
- If you violate smoking indoors, there will be the imposition of a fine at the same time the request of your check out.

2. Unnoticed visitors & additional guests not specified in the reservation are not allowed.
- if there will be any extra guests, please send me a request of change of your reservation.

3. Excessive noise including loud music can cause harm to neighbors.
