(Residence boiler/temperature control available!!!) [Subway] 5-minute walk" [Parking] Since it is a residential area, there is no enforcement, so you can park on your own, or there is a "public parking lot" within a 30-second walk. [Public parking lot] 24 hours a day. (Up to 10,000 won / 50% for compact cars)

[Usage Guide] -Please check once more and thank you for using it^^ -Please return any moved furniture and props to their original locations [Beware of noise] *This is a residential space -Speaker Bluetooth use is prohibited!!! (Available with appropriate cell phone volume) -Please be considerate of noise after 10pm. Please turn down the TV volume and close the front door and windows. You can enjoy it more freely^^~♡ [Wear indoor shoes] *Please use “indoor shoes” at the entrance. -If you come in wearing shoes, a cleaning fee will be charged! -If you go out wearing indoor shoes, a cleaning fee will be charged! [Food] - No food allowed in the bedroom! -Delivery or cooking available! (However, food with strong odors such as meat, fish, barbecue, cheonggukjang, malatang, etc. will incur a fee.) *Caution/ The smell may cause discomfort to the next guest. (If you cook food with a strong odor, you will be charged 100,000 won) - Fire hazard materials are prohibited!! (You will be forced to leave the room if you use a portable burner) [Loss, damage, contamination] *Towels, bedding, curtains, carpets, wallpaper, floor coverings, furniture, props, etc. (Damage and contamination: Examples/including hair dye, cosmetics, ballpoint pen ink, blood, food) , secretions, adhesives, tape residues, etc.) will be charged as a laundry fee or purchase fee. 집 공사하는동안 아기랑 고양이랑 너무 편하게 지내다 갔어요!
고양이랑 같이 갈수있는 숙소가 얼마 없는데 고양이 강아지 식기랑 쿠션도 있어서 감동이였어요!!!!!
왠만한 생필품은 다 준비되어있고 수건도 넉넉하게 주세요
침실도 2개 나누어져 있어 좋고 관리도 잘되어있어요
화장실은 넓고 수압도 세서 좋아요
주차는 집앞 골목에 댈수 있기는 한데 주차는 안된다고 봐야하지만
옆에 공영주차장 5분거리에 있어서 괜찮아요!

사진과 같았고 난방 보일러도 따뜻하게 잘 돼있어서 편안하게 묵었습니다. 따뜻하고 빈티지 감성의 소품과 가구가 사진도 예쁘게 잘 나와서 친구들이랑 즐겁게 파티했어요. 6명이서 놀았는데 여분 토퍼 매트랑 이불,베개도 준비해주셨어요. 여섯명이서 자기에 넓고 쾌적했어요:)화장실도 크고 넓어서 편했습니다?추천합니다~

- 숙소 청결도가 매우높음
- 화장실이 제일 안쪽에 있고 엄청넓어서 서로서로 불편함없이 이용가능
- 거실 외 밥먹거나 대화할수있는 공간이있어 모임에 적합함
- 흡연구역이 있어서 편했음
- 현관문과 창문을 꼭 닫으면 흡연구역에서도 소음이 잘들리지않아
목소리가 큰(고함×) 사람들이라 걱정했는데 좋았음
- 근처에 동네마트가있어서 조금 더 저렴하게 먹을걸 살수가있음
- 티비 볼륨 조절이 안되서 이건 조금 불편했음
- 주변이 정말 주택권이라 소음에 많이 신경쓰임
조금 지켜야할게많고 퇴실이 10시라 빠듯하긴했지만
