* The entire single floor, consisting of three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, is convenient for family and friends gatherings.
* Public transportation is available in 8 minutes on foot of Subway Line 6 (Daeheung Station), 7 minutes on foot of Line 2 (Idae Station), and 12 minutes on foot of Gyeongui Central Line (Seogangdae Station.Sinchon Station), and various city bus stops can be used within 2 to 3 minutes.
* Several amenities are located within 3-5 minutes (convenience stores, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, etc.)
* Located in a residential area near the university, it is quiet and safe even late.
* The public front door is a password, and the entrance for accommodation is managed by a door lock.
* Delivery food is available
* The accommodation for 3 people is basic, and up to 4 people can be added.
