The same rate applies to additional guests, including adults and children - Pets are not allowed - No smoking indoors and throughout the house (immediate eviction and 100,000 won fine for smoking indoors) - Our accommodation is an apartment complex, so noise complaints are accepted from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please use it quietly so as not to come in. Please refrain from making noise that may disturb others (loud voices, excessive drinking, etc.). -Please understand that if a complaint arises from an adjacent household, you may be asked to vacate the unit without a refund. - We are not responsible for accidents caused by the user's carelessness - Dropping wet tissues, food, or food in the toilet or vomiting in the sink is strictly prohibited. -It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
