If your car is already parked, please use the nearby public parking lot (paid). - CCTV is installed outside the entrance for security and occupancy check, and additional charges may apply if the number of people entering does not match the number of people. **The same fee applies to non-staying visitors as additional guests (20,000 KRW per person). Please use it quietly so as not to come in. Please refrain from making noise that may disturb others (loud voices, excessive drinking, etc.). -Please understand that if a complaint arises from an adjacent household, you may be asked to vacate the unit without a refund. - We are not responsible for accidents caused by the user's carelessness - Dropping wet tissues, food, or food in the toilet or vomiting in the sink is strictly prohibited.
