⭐️Accommodation Rules⭐️ ✔️ Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 11:00 ✔️ Please take off your shoes and use indoor slippers inside the accommodation. ✔️ The number of people is checked upon check-in. Additional fees will be charged if the number of people does not match the number of people entering. ✔️ No pets allowed. ✔️ Smoking is prohibited indoors and throughout the house (if you smoke indoors, you will be asked to leave immediately and a fine of 200,000 won will be imposed) ✔️ No loud noises or excessive drinking between 10 PM and 9 AM. Please use the room quietly so as not to disturb others. ✔️ Please understand that you may be asked to leave without a refund if there are complaints from neighboring households. ✔️ Do not throw wet tissues or food in the toilet. Do not vomit in the sink. If the water pressure is low and the pipes are clogged, you may be charged a repair fee. ✔️ Please put your trash in the separate recycling bin. Please put food waste in the volume-based bag.

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
