House Rule
• Minors cannot make separate reservations. • Minors without guardians or pets may be asked to leave the room without a refund. • Use of bedding other than the provided items is prohibited. • We are not responsible for loss of valuables. • Smoking indoors may result in a fine of 200,000 won and eviction. • Simple cooking is possible in the kitchen. (Smelly foods such as fish, shellfish, crustaceans, and grilling meat are not allowed) • Guests are responsible for damage to furniture, bedding, or facilities and may be charged for compensation. • Due to the nature of the house with a mini garden, insects may appear and refunds are not possible due to this. (Regular quarantine by a professional company) • Insect screens are installed on all sashes and doors, and be sure to use them to prevent insects from entering. • For safety reasons, the use of indoor and outdoor fires and personal fires is prohibited (we are not responsible for accidents due to the user's carelessness) • The internal jacuzzi facility provides free hot water once, but may not be used in the event of a freeze due to a cold wave. Requests for refunds are not possible. • Guests other than the number of reservations are not allowed to stay or visit, and if they violate the rules, they will be asked to leave the room immediately without refund, so please be sure to follow the instructions. External CCTV is installed to check the number of people entering the room, prevent minors from entering alone, and other accidents. (4 locations: gate, entrance, rooftop, and wall) • My stay is located in a quiet residential area. Please be careful of noise after 9pm, which is late when local residents are sleeping. Due to the nature of the neighborhood, the houses are close together, so there are many reports of inconvenience from residents due to loud noises. Please be a little considerate.

사실 가는 길은 도보로 이용하기 편한건 아니지만
숙소에 들어가면 밖으로 나오기 넘 싫을 정도로 깔끔하고 예쁘답니다 :)
화장실도 2개고 방도 2개인데 넓은 침대도 2개가 있어서 이용하기 참 편했어요!! 다음에도 가고 싶은 곳이에요 ෆAug 2024 -

지인들과 매년 여행을 가는데 오랜만에 멀리 떠난 부산여행이였고 숙소를 며칠 간 열심히 찾아보다가 제 눈에 들어온 스테이 동주! 정말 너무 좋은 숙소를 찾게 되어서 행복했어요 사진으로 보시는 것 보다 훨씬 더 만족하실거예요. 오픈 한지 얼마 안되셔서 그런지 숙소 컨디션은 최상이고, 잘 때 입을 옷까지 준비 해 주셨더라구요. 일반 욕조가 아닌 자쿠지와 부산항 대교뷰가 멋진 옥상, 다이슨 헤어롤 까지 1부터 10까지 모든 게 완벽했던 숙소 입니다! 너무 유명해지면 제가 다음에 못갈까봐 걱정되지만 사장님 더 더 번창하셨으면 좋겠어요 이런 멋진 숙소를 저렴한 가격으로 운영해주셔서 감사합니다 :) 저희 4명 모두 다 잘 놀고 쉬다 갑니다

부산여행 하면서 머물게 된 숙소입니다.
더웠던이유도 있지만 숙소가 너무 좋아서 다른 일정 취소하고 숙캉스만 즐기게 됐네요 ㅎㅎ 웰컴 음료부터 깔끔하게 정리된 숙소까지 모두 만족했고 공간 하나하나 신경쓰신 호스트님의 감성과 센스에 감복했습니다. 재방문의사 있으며 부산 여행하는 지인들에게 자신있게 추천할 수 있겠습니다!Aug 2024 -
효용
최근 사용한 숙소 중에서 손꼽을 정도로 깔끔하고 이쁜 숙소입니다.
찾아가는 길이 언덕에다가 주차도 조금 떨어져서 해야하지만
동네 구석구석도 너무 이쁜 공간입니다.
내부는 딱 봐도 신경 많이 쓰셨다는게 느껴질 정도로
아늑하고 이뻤습니다. 특히 모든 방에 창이 영도의 풍경을 담고 있고
햇살도 따뜻하게 들어오는게 너무 좋았습니다.
욕실 또한 깔끔했고 자쿠지 공간도 창밖을 보며 즐길 수 있습니다.
마침 기념일에 찾아간 곳에 웰컴드링크와 후기이벤트 와인을 통해 분위기도 한껏내고 너무 즐겁게 잘 쉬다가 갔어요
이 가격에는 정말 말도 안되는 곳입니다. 너무 유명해지기 전에 다시 한번 또 오고싶어요Jul 2024
