방이 사진만큼 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 생각보다 방음이 잘 안되서 공용시설 (화장실,2층 거실) 또는 다른 방에 계시는 분들의 소음이 잘 들립니다. 위치는 지하철역과도 가깝고 숙소 주위에도 식당, 카페 등등 다양한 가게들이 많아서 좋았어요. 다음 기회에 또 가고 싶네요.

셰어하우스 치고는 기대 이상으로 훨씬 깔끔한 숙소.
장점:
- 호스트가 예의가 바르고 답장이 매우 빠르다
- 숙소/화장실의 청결성
- 접근성, 사당역에서 걸어서 5분 거리 정도 된다
- 숙소 주변의 조용한 위치
- 에어컨/조명 현대화
- 상시 구비 되어 있는 생필품
- 사용하기 편한 정수기
- 같이 지내는 사람들이랑 쉽게 친해질 수 있는 구조
- 공용장소 cctv 존재
단점:
- 1층 화장실의 낮은 천장; 키 큰 사람은 샤워하기 힘들 수 있다. 천장의 일부분은 너무 뾰족해서 자칫 고개를 잘못 돌리다간 머리나 눈 쪽에 부상을 입을 수 있을 위험 이 존재한다.
- 창문에 방충망이 없어서 환기하기가 애매하다.
- 방음이 매우 약하다.
- 지정된 공동 조용시간의 무존재성; 호스트가 늦은 시간까지 친구들이랑 지내느라 시끄럽다는 느낌을 줄 수도 있다. 한 때는 새벽 6시까지 수다를 떤 적이 있어 취침이 힘들었던 경험이 있다.Oct 2024
