주변에 상가들이 많이 있는 곳에 8명의 사람들이 먹고 마시고 대화하고 즐길 수 있는 공간입니다.
위층에도 게스트 하우스들이 있습니다.
상가골목에 위치해 있어서 다양한 맛집도 찾기 쉽고 밤늦게도 안전하게 다닐 수 있습니다.
서울대 벤쳐타운 역에서 도보로 7분정도 걸립니다.
건물에 주차는 불가입니다.
밤10시 이후에는 조용히 대화해 주시길 바랍니다.
8명이 사용할 수 있는 비품들이 구비되어있고,
호텔침구를 사용하고 청결하게 숙면할 수 있도록 매번 깨씃이 세탁하고 준비됩니다.
4명이하의 손님이 오시면 4명 사용가능한 큰방을 열어드립니다.
5~6인이 오시면 큰방과 작은방 1개를 열어드립니다.
7~8인이 오시면 방3개를 다 열어드립니다.
위와 별개로 게스트가 별도의 방을 요구하실때는 발생하는 침구세탁비와 인건비 때문에 객실당 추가요금 2만원을 받습니다.
4명까지는 4인용 베드룸1과 거실,부엌,화장실을 사용할 수 있습니다.
5~6명까지는 4인용 베드룸1과 2인용 베드룸1과 거실,부엌,화장실을 사용할 수 있습니다.

인원수 미달인데 추가 침실을 사용하시고 싶으시면 침실당 추가금 각2만원을 주시면 사용가능합니다.
