(No excessive drinking or loud singing) ◉ Please refrain from making loud noises, as you will be asked to leave immediately. (No party space) ◉ Absolutely no smoking indoors (fire alarm will be activated and compensation will be requested later) # If you are found smoking indoors, you will be forced to leave immediately and will be charged 200,000 won in damages. ◉ This property has a parking lot, but it may be full depending on the situation. ◉ Pets are not allowed. ◉ No dyeing or oil use. ◉ Be careful not to get food, cosmetics, oil, etc. on the bedding. ◉ No cooking oily meat or food with a strong smell (If in doubt, please contact us in advance) ◉ Simple meal kit cooking is possible.
