House is 1 minute from Seowon Station and 10 minutes from Sillim Station, with shops and amenities just 5 minutes away. The area is quiet and convenient.

Basic condiments and cooking tools are provided. Strong-smelling foods (e.g., fish, steak) are not allowed to be cooked. Please clean the kitchen after use.

The space, except for the shower booth, is used as a dry area. ‼️ Please be careful as there is a step in the shower booth.‼️
?️ **Trash Disposal**
Regular Trash: Please dispose of full garbage bags outside the building.
Recycling: Separate plastics, bottles, and cans, and dispose of them outside the building upon check-out.
Food Waste: Use the yellow food waste bag under the sink and dispose of it in the orange-lidded bin outside the building.
