Everyone has dreamed of a cool howith an internal staircase at least once in their childhood, right? ♡Secret Steps Inminrak♡ with a mysterious staircase is a comfortable and special resting space that reminds you of a stylish European grandmother's house. ☆It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building without an elevator and has a separate entrance for guests☆ It is within walking distance to Minrakhoe Center and Gwangalli Beach, and with 5 beds (Q) in 3 rooms and up to 10 people can use the two floors, you can comfortably stay separately or together for family trips or group meetings, and it can also be used as an office space since there are two living rooms^^ ❤️We hope you visit with your loved ones and make special and happy memories❤️ ✅️It is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial-residential building and you have to climb about 20 stairs without an elevator. ✅️Minors who are not accompanied by their families are prohibited from staying (immediate eviction measures) ✅️Parking is not allowed in the building. Please use nearby paid parking lots (e.g. Taeyang Parking Lot, 15-12 Minrak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, 1 minute walk away) or the parking lot through the 'Everyone's Parking Lot' app. ✅️Bed settings are provided according to the number of people. House Rule
[Must read before reservation] ★ No pets allowed (If a pet is found, a cleaning fee and accommodation fee will be charged for not allowing the next guest to use the room (KRW 200,000)) ★ Excessive drinking and noise after 10 PM may cause complaints, so please be mindful of manners. This is a no-party accommodation and is located in a residential area, so if excessive complaints are received, you will be evicted without a refund. ★ Washing machines/dryers are available for long-term guests only. ★ Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors such as seafood, meat, and mala-tang. ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building (including e-cigarettes). If you are found smoking, you will be immediately evicted and a separate special cleaning fee of KRW 500,000 will be charged. ★ Smoking is also prohibited on the stairs leading up to the accommodation (including e-cigarettes). There is a risk of explosion due to the gas cylinder at the business site on the first floor. Please be sure to follow the rules. Please smoke outside, away from the entire building. ★ Please take off your shoes in the accommodation and wear the indoor shoes provided in the shoe rack. Please do not walk around outdoors in indoor shoes. (If found, you will be charged the cost of purchasing new indoor shoes) ★Refund due to pests - We change bedding and clean thoroughly every day, but since it is a house, bugs may enter from outside through the windows. Refunds due to bugs are not possible. ★Please notify the host immediately in case of damage or loss of furniture, bedding, wallpaper, or rugs. We need time to take action for the next guest. In addition, all items in the accommodation are the property of the host. If breakage or damage is confirmed, a compensation amount will be charged. ★Be sure to throw away toilet paper or wet tissues in the toilet as this can cause toilet clogging. ★Please separate your trash in the separate trash can provided in the living room, place general trash in the general trash can, and place food waste in the food waste-only refrigerator in the kitchen. CCTV is installed outside the entrance to ensure the safety of guests and confirm the number of people. Please keep to the specified number of people. Visitors are also included in the number of people. If the number of people in the reservation is different, you may be asked to leave immediately.
