Accommodation Regulations Notice

This building is a non-smoking area.
(Smoking will incur a penalty, including cleaning fees and the accommodation cost for the business days.)

Please take off your shoes indoors.

Please do not eat food on the bed.
(If the stain cannot be removed, compensation fees may be charged.)

Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a party.
(As this is not a party room, parties that could disturb neighbors or cause noise late at night are not allowed. Other events like birthday parties and anniversaries are permitted, so please let us know in advance.)

Please be mindful of excessive noise.
(Since the area is a residential neighborhood, please avoid playing loud music or making noise until late at night with open windows to prevent disturbing the neighbors.)

If complaints about noise continue, after three warnings, you will be asked to check out without a refund.

Be careful with event items such as balloons stuck to the walls.
(If the wallpaper is damaged, you will be charged for the wallpaper repair. Please try to use the curtains, and clean up after using party supplies.)

Pets are not allowed.
(If pets are found, you will be asked to check out.)

  • If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.
  • If they cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
