House Rule

■ Living Guide [1] Parking space Free parking is available on holidays and Fridays from 3 PM to Sundays at 11 AM. If you want to park, please contact the front desk or the manager in charge. [2] Internet A router is installed in each room, so you can use it for free. [3] Laundry room There is a shared laundry room on each floor from the 2nd to 6th floors, with one washing machine and one dryer. You can use it for free if you just bring your own detergent. [4] Breakfast: Free for 1 person per room (pick up after signing the room list, may be discontinued due to temporary promotions). [5] Waste disposal: General waste and food waste (put in dedicated bags and put out outdoors on the 1st floor) / Recyclable waste (put out in the separated collection area on the 1st basement floor) [6] Courier and delivery: Delivery to the front door is possible if the room number is indicated in the address (For luggage delivery before check-in, only 1-2 boxes can be stored at the front desk on the day of check-in, and must be delivered in advance) [7] Smoking is prohibited in all rooms (if caught, a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed) [8] Room cleaning: 30,000 won per time * For additional inquiries, please leave a reservation message or inquire after checking in and we will respond kindly.

Cancellation Policy: Long Term

Long term Firm (28 nights or more): Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

  • It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the Long Term Firm cancellation policy applies instead of the standard refund policy set by the host.
The cleaning fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
The service fee is refundable only for cancellations made before the check-in time or check-in.
If service fees are refundable, they will be refunded according to the percentage set by the cancellation policy.
The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.
The time and date applied to the cancellation policy are based on Korean Standard Time.
