Smoking and prohibited items: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our accommodation. Even if you smoke outdoors, please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts. Candles and firecrackers are also prohibited. * ? No pets: Pets are not allowed. * ❄️ Air conditioning use: Please turn off the air conditioning when going out. The optimal indoor temperature is 23-25 degrees. ? Cooking and food-related Only simple cooking is allowed (e.g. ramen, toast, etc.). Please refrain from cooking oily dishes or foods with a lot of smell. Please wash used cooking utensils and dishes thoroughly. ? Waste separation: Wipe down used dishes and separate food waste into the separately prepared 'yellow' food waste disposal bag, tie it, and leave it on the sink. The cleaning manager will take out the waste and separated collection. If the trash is full and the lid does not close, put it in the 'blue' garbage bag and throw it away at the left pillar outside the building. Please take the recyclables out in their original plastic bags and place them together at the left pillar outside the building. ? Noise warning: Please keep quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM.
