Smoking and prohibited items: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our accommodation. Even if you smoke outdoors, please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts. Candles and firecrackers are also prohibited. * ? No pets: Pets are not allowed. * ❄️ Air conditioning use: Please turn off the air conditioning when going out. The optimal indoor temperature is 23-25 degrees. ? Cooking and food-related Only simple cooking is allowed (e.g. ramen, toast, etc.). Please refrain from cooking oily dishes or foods with a lot of smell. Please wash used cooking utensils and dishes thoroughly. ? Waste separation: Wipe down used dishes and separate food waste into the separately prepared 'yellow' food waste disposal bag, tie it, and leave it on the sink. -If a guest cancels after that, you'll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
