It was a beautiful spacious apartment

Highly recommended for those who love space and easy connection.
We had a great stay and our host Kim is really kind and helpful. Kudos!

Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie unterwegs und das erste Mal in Südkorea. Das Appartement haben wir super gefunden und die Anleitung war sehr hilfreich. Anfangs hatten wir etwas Sorge als wir etwas übernächtigt vor derm Tor unten standen. Aber sobald wir durch die Wohnungstür sind, haben wir uns sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Appartement entspricht voll der Beschreibung und ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Ausstattung passt super. Auch der Kontakt zu unserem Host hat super geklappt. Es gab immer sofort sehr hilfreiche Rückmeldungen. Wir werden die Tage in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stayed for four days, the area was pretty clean and cozy. Close to the bus/subway station, convenience location to grab food or snacks. I recommend visit this place during fall to spring except summer time. Since they only have a/c unit at living room, the rooms can be very warm during this season.

Great place for us. We are 7 and we accommodated the 3bedrooms. Very spacious. It also have washing machine.
Highly recommend especially if you'll visit Korea with your family.

A True Home Away from Home. The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and packed with complete amenities that made our stay super comfortable. What truly made this stay special was the host, amazingly warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and supportive host!

We had a great stay at Kim Yeon’s place, which was the good size for our group of 7. The interior is well-maintained, clean, and very quiet. We appreciated that the host provided all necessary toiletries and laundry supplies. Having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus, and communication with the host was excellent and timely.
The location is convenient to bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores. While it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station, there is also a bus available that goes there. The unit is on the second floor and requires walking up stairs. Plates and bowls are provided in the kitchen. There’s also a water purifier. There is one AC unit in the living room, but keeping bedroom doors open with the provided fans kept us comfortable. Overall, this was a great spot for our group.

We had such a wonderful stay and felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived! The host was incredibly kind, hospitable, and easy to communicate with, which made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our whole family. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the cozy, family-friendly atmosphere.
This was truly one of the best 숙소 stays we’ve had as a family. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

We were in a group of 9 people with kids and we were very pleased with the accomodation. Very clean, comfortable and in a good condition.

처음으로 서울에서 숙소를 잡고 머무는 경험이었는데 위치도 좋고 다인원으로 머물기 딱 좋은 숙소였습니다!

숙소 정말 일반 가정집같고 편안하고 좋았어요!! 근데 안쪽 방 안에 있는 화장실 문이 안 잠겨서 조금 불상사가 생겨서 그 부분만 고쳐주시면 정말 좋을것같습니다! 재방문의사 있어요!!

수도권이라 주차가 좀 난해했지만 나머지는 최상급

The apartment is quite complete and comfortable. It is located in a very easy to find location, convenient for traveling between locations.

Mr. Kim Yeon’s house is suitable for group trip with 8-10 people. The house is SUPER SPACIOUS and clean!! The location is amazing, the bus stop is just one walk away like literally. There are many food stalls and restaurants and convenient stores near the house. Mr. Kim also communicates really well and super responsive! I would love to comeback to the house with my group
