Had a minor problem with incorrect entry code but Jacob always responded instantly. Lots of restaurants close by , subway walking distance. Comfortable beds

Very well situated by many restaurants/transportations (buses and subway nearby approx 5mins or less). There is an e-mart downstairs. Big plus: no apt below us, which meant my kids didn’t have to be so conscientious about their steps (as with most Korean apts). The bathroom is very small, but fine for me and my kids. Plenty of clean towels provided. Bottles of water in the fridge were appreciated. During our stay, we had one issue-mosquitoes. My son and I got bit 16 times our first night. I killed several the following morning. By the 3rd night we were able to eliminate all of them and the rest of our stay was much better. No curtains and windows were opened, so not sure there is any natural light during the day. Pros:
-location
-kid-friendly books and toys -amenities (a/c, washer/dryer, water, towels)
-quick response from owner
Cons:
-Mosquitoes
-Small bathroom

Good place. Highly recommended :)

I had a wonderful stay! Even though my visit was short, the apartment had everything I could possibly need. Communication with Jacob was excellent. He was very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
