There is a lot of nearby things to do as well as the best parts of the city. We were always exploring new scenery, famous cafes, and many activities.
10/10 short-term rental for families. Host and co-host extremely responsive and handled every request quickly. The space was very clean, quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Overall a 5 🌟. We stayed with our 11-month-old and it was an excellent setup for our family, especially for naps and bedtime. They have cribs, changing table, and other amenities that saved us! It was a much better value than nearby hotels that couldn'tfacilitateour family. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to other families visiting Seoul.

이번에는 가족과 함께 머물렀는데 아이들이 너무 좋아 했어요~
룸컨디션은 물론이고 일정중 필요한 부분은 배려도 해주셨구요~
너무 감사했습니다~
다음번에도 서울 방문 예정인데 그때는 2층도 이용해 보고 싶어요~

The host was so kind, and checked on us regularly. It is an excellent location, in such a nice but quiet part of town just a 1 minute walk to a convenient store, grocery store, and several nice restaurants, and a short 5 minute walk to 2 bus stops and a metro station. Two places i would especially recommend for breakfast is Luis Cafe for coffee and Paris Baguette. The accommodation itself is just as described, a little small but with everything you could need. A fridge, microwave, and laundry machine. 10 out of 10 from our family.

The place was really well centered and everything was super close. We had a couple problems but the host was really proactive and helped us to solve everything. We really loved our stay and would recommend to everybody😊

Wonderful stay thanks to the kind and warm host. They picked us up when we couldnt find the house, carrying iur bags. Also, answered as soon as asked anything we had questions. At the most, we celebrated our daughter birthday, while they decorated the room gorgeously. We had the best Korea trip ever. Will definitely recommend to others if you have kids. (Also the locations was quite good. Mega coffee in1 minute walk and massage if you want in 5 minutes on foot also.) thank you host!

Seora was very helpful; she quickly checked us in and got us settled, taking the heat warning into account. She was always reachable. The location was excellent—on street level and just a five-minute walk from buses and the metro. The only downside was that, being a semi-basement unit, it lacked windows and had poor ventilation. However, the air conditioning and fans were quite effective at keeping the place cool. It was a bit small for five people and lacked adequate seating space for everyone to gather, but it was very reasonable considering the price.

It was absolutely relaxing and comfortable to stay in Seora's place. She went above and beyond in every step of our stay, right from talking to our airport cab driver to give route instructions to accompanying us to a store at night to get water and some food items to regularly suggesting is places to visit during the day. She also let us know of heat wave advisory and provided cleaning service in the middle of our stay. We will for sure stay again in this place. It is close to all major tourist destinations and stores are within 2-5 minutes walking distance. The area is super safe and family friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour. Très bien placé, communication incroyable. Nous étions 5 (4 adultes) ce qui était trop pour la grandeur mais parfait pour une petite famille.

Wow! We had a wonderful stay! Clean and cute home in Seoul close to many bus stops to take you further into the city area. The best part was our amazing hosts -- they went out of their way several times to help us, and came into clean the home while we were there. We came with a baby and there were great amenities for her that we were able to use. Nice shower, comfy beds, and the kitchen area was useful. We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for a great stay and experience. :)

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, only a few minutes walk to bus stops. Self check in and check out was easy. The house was super clean and they offered cleaning on our third day too. Amenities were enough for two and they left many towels, which was great considering how small Korean towels usually are. The only downside is that the main door on the street opens right into the house and there are no windows, which can feel claustrophobic for some but it wasn’t a big problem for us because the house has an AC and two fans. Overall we can easily recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber und es gab alles was wir benötigten. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Die liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist daher etwas dunkel, aber es gibt helle Lampen, die das vergessen lässt. Seora war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an enjoyable stay! It’s a cute and cosy place. It’s in a very convenient location, not far from Seoul station. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and Seora was always kind to give great suggestions and answer my questions. Seora was kind to help us in the rain when we got lost finding her place - she’s lovely! I would highly recommend this 숙소 to others.

4 kişi konakladık. Ev genel olarak gayet düzenliydi ve büyüklüğü bizim için nispeten yeterliydi. Konum olarak da gitmek istediğimiz yerlere ulaşım oldukça kolaydı.
Evin iki büyük eksisi var; sanırım uygun fiyatlı olmasını da bu durum açıklıyor. İlki, sokağın başında restoranlar olduğu için akşamları çöplerini sokağa bırakıyorlar ve bu nedenle sokakta kötü bir koku oluşuyor. Ancak bu koku evin içinde kesinlikle hissedilmiyor, bu konuda rahat olabilirsiniz.
İkincisi ise evde pencerenin yetersiz olması. Eğer bütün gün dışarıda gezip evi sadece uyumak için kullanacaksanız bu da büyük bir sorun olmayabilir. Biz bu durumları bilerek konaklamayı tercih ettik; bizim için konum daha önemliydi. Ev sahibi de nazik ve ilgiliydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

숙소 안내를 자세히 해주셔서 찾기 쉬웠고 사진처럼 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 저희가 갈려고 한 곳들도 인근에 있어 이동도 편했고 아이들과 어른 모두 만족하며 아늑하고 편안하게 잘 묵다 왔습니다:)

Seora est une hôte très accueillante et bienveillante, je recommande.

房東非常友善及熱情，考量到有小朋友，讓我們提早入住和延後退房。入住過程也有請房東代訂炸雞，房東親自幫忙外帶。整理房源怕曬在架子上的褲子不會乾，有告知拿到頂樓曬，我們到達時，房東幫忙拿下去。非常貼心。唯獨浴室有高低差還有房間天花板的燈會一直閃以外，其他真的非常棒，走路不到五分鐘一堆吃的，步行十分鐘有一個傳統市場，對面的olive young貨很齊，非常方便！

강북삼성에 진료를 보기 위해 숙소를 찾던 중 이곳을 알게 되었습니다~
아이와 함께 걸어가기에도 병원과 거리는 가까웠고, 숙소 상태도 매우 깨끗했습니다~특히 장난감과 파티룸, 침대에 놓여져 있는 인형들을 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다~
그리고 개인 사정으로 체크인 전 일찍부터 숙소에서 아이 식사를 만들어 먹여야 하는데 사장님의 많은 배려로 식사 준비를 할수 있는 환경을 제공해 주셨습니다..너무 감사했습니다ㅠㅠ 일정에 변동 사항이 생겨 식사 준비는 못했지만 그 배려에 너무 감동 받았습니다ㅠㅠ 차후 병원 진료를 보게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다~
